Attacks directly on bombers will result in a -2 bonus to your dogfighter skill for rolls unless the MiG accompanying it is shot down.

Attacks against Winkoop or Zarkev result in a -5 penalty to your dogfighter skill unless the 3 Su-27s are all downed.

Please keep and mind and apply these penalties to your rolls if you choose to follow through with either action that meets these critera.
