He would grow up the second son of four, and third out of seven, not being the first he was the one who would most likely be able to do what ever he desired to do. So, through several years of drinking young, going out to parties, and acting a fool while at university, he would not get far. In fact, he almost did not get his commission, but his father pulled some string to get him in the army. Starting in the army, he was not in favor as much, he was still rough around the edges but training and the military life did fit him better then the life at a university. The few men whom would find themselves under his command typically did not follow it well, and he was not well respected by his men, other officers respected him only because of his lineages name, nothing else. Then when being transferred to a new command, he found himself enjoying it as he did change his ways, leading to a promotion and some dignity on his end. Besides that, he is fond of alcohol, mainly whiskey and bourbons. He does not like ales, but Lagers are fine on his end. He does take the armor off of his uniform as he sees no use for it in modern combat. Rifles will punch straight through, and barbarians would run away from any army such as the one he was in. The only armor he does fancy is the helmet, but that is since he does not wish to flatten his cap and also protection from things other then bullets. If he is not drunk off his ass, flirting with females, or cooking. He might be found doing his job, though this is not likely as he sees officers as people who should not be doing the work, but telling men what to do for glory, or to dig a trench. This is mainly due to naivety. Most of his back story could be brought up inside of talking to him when drunk, or could it. He likes telling stories. [/hider]
