The bounty hunter considered in wanting a tiny smidgen of the profits - no more than 5 - 10% tops - but she decided against it. She won't attempt to swindle the offer in such trying times, especially when being presented with so many unique options in upgrading her tech. Some tech would seem to resemble the stuff she was used to, such as the mentioning of an anti-gravity pack which reminded her of the gravity suit she once owned before it got destroyed with her third incarnation of her gunship. It would've allowed her to walk effortlessly in water and magma, as well as being protected from the latter's extreme heat, negate extreme gravity, along with other helpful abilities. Too bad it got destroyed after Samus crashed her third ship during her mission to Gorgon-598... And then there was the camo-pack which the alien tried out in front of Samus, which made the culprit nearly invisible save for the vague outline of it against the world. This would allow the bounty hunter to essentially hide in plain sight, one she didn't mind getting either. And with other armor and weapon upgrades being available to her leisure, there were plenty of options to choose! As she tried to figure out a good starting upgrade, the alien would ask about what powers her own armor, leading Samus to reveal a hologram of a cylindrical object with the letter E planted upon it. "My suit runs on pure energy - a life-force if you will - that are stored within these capsules," Samus explained as holographic code and information would be splattered onscreen, "99 units are stored in a single capsule, and 10 of these would equal to a full tank. My ship allows me to recharge nearly an unlimited amount of times, however this energy can drain quite quickly depending on how much I utilize my suit's capabilities on the field. Frankly I never found this to be such an issue, given how I can gain some energy back through the enemies that I kill, but I do not believe the same functions arises in this universe. And as I've mentioned before, this energy doesn't simply supply my suit... but in an essence, it keeps me alive too." As the bounty hunter turned off her hologram, she would slowly look up to see Jerus approach her.
"Well, not much reason to delay much longer. We should head out, unless your ship master needs Samus for something?"
Her uneasiness began to settle before being replaced by a surge of excitement. Finally they were going to go and about time too. The armored figure rose her hand as she proceeded to stand up. "Ready when you are." Samus confirmed with a nod before turning back to the alien, "And you. Tell your boss that I'd want that energy upgrade for my suit. I'll be seeing him soon." With that, he gave an acknowledging wave and proceeded to wait for Jerus to discuss the plan ahead.
