[@Lady Selune] it's not so much that they can't, but rather that they just [b]don't[/b] due to the risk of drawing the attention of [i]'she who thirsts'[/i]. I'm pretty sure the dark eldar soul [b]SUCC[/b] ability is a sort of innate psy-based skill anyway....


Besides, even though the two of us are starting out weak, I'd imagine we'll have better in-game scaling.
