He is very chill and relax by nature, but is a ball of pure energy when worked up and can become near bull headed when he is excited. He can be seen as a slight idiot as he is can goofball and will say things that sometimes sound dumb to get a laugh out of people, but is actually quite intelligent even though he does sometimes forget to think. But if upset or angered he can still be very respectful, but will seem slightly colder.[/indent][/hider]

Being born to a military family he was always moving around and found himself restless. His father was always getting him to try and act like a curious child: adventure, explore, find something that kind of thing. This bred a love of freedom of the world, but it did hit his grades as Issie did the bare minimum and left to explore and do whatever he wanted. This did disappoint his father but he did at least support his son, as they did move often, so he could never hold friends.

When Issie turned 13 he found his powers and was shocked at first, but found it fun. He used this power for anything and everything, this made his father notice and started to cultivate that power to be something of use and give something Issie could hold onto. At 15 Issie asked what his powers could be used for, [color=Navyblue]"Good. Use it for good"[/color]. This is when Issie ran off to find who would take in a strange kid with some power and a wish to do good. Xavier's school took him in as he held a sentiment for good and held beliefs wanting to protect people. He was taken to Mobius as he was found very restless in the estate and wanted to spread his wings more.

[indent][u]Air manipulation, the ability to manipulate the air, wind, and gases. (Advanced):[/u]

- Aerokinesis, to move and manipulate objects and items through shifting the air around them. With this he can lift trees and with his control he can float multiple small objects with ease. He is able to use his control to lift himself and move around at a fast speed of 30 mph (safely). (Adept)

- Electricity generation, the production of electricity through condensing air into a plasma. He can generate electricity with the same power as a lightning bolt. Requires a few moments to condense. (Adept) 

- Aerokinetic combat, using his power of controlling air he can use it as a weapon to defend and attack. Using wind to condense and form 'armor', 'shields', 'blades', and 'punches' to form a strong offence and defense in combat. He can manipulate this same wind to form large gales of wind that can throw people off and force people around. He has made a very open and fluent style to capitalize on his powers and skills together. (Advanced)

-  Air creation, he can create air while also forming and shaping it to what ever he feels fit. Allowing to make air pockets where ever he is, this lead to his special technique 'air bombs' through increasing the air pressure in an area it causes a cave in of the area causing an implosion with the same yield as a hand grenade. (Advanced)

- Combat Training, being interested in combat as a means to an end he does find the physical side of combat to be lackluster as they have powers and should use powers when fighting other people with power, as he assumes, so he is less than keen on learning, but he is proficient in take down techniques and has became adept in the basics of fighting.

- Strength, he is of average strength as he is able to lift 60 lbs with ease, Max:(140 lbs) and can throw an ok punch.

- Speed, he is an average man who can run at a comfortable 7 mph and sprint at a solid 12 mph.

- Endurance, his stamina is alright as he is somewhat of a free spirit when it comes to training his physical body, as he sees it to be useless to him. But he makes sure he isn't a push over.

- Dexterity, his hands eye coordination is fantastic as he loves to manipulate objects and items as well as using multiple items all at once with his power to always keep himself occupied.

- Reaction, his reaction speed is good as he has a good awareness of his surroundings, but he does have his aloof nature which makes him slightly unworried as he will not react to some things out of instinct. Gun: Oohp better get away, a Slap: Eh I'm fine

- Smarts, Always being one to learn with the flow he does find it easy to learn new subjects, he just doesn't learn if he doesn't want to. If it is a subject he likes (History, literature, and Math) he finds it quite enjoyable to learn and finds those subjects easy. However in other regards he will do the bare minimum to get to his goals.

- Mental acuity, being clear minded he always finds strange solutions, some being complex some being simple, he can always think and find ways around things. May it be rules or problems, he can find a way.

- Mental fortitude, his mental fortitude is strong as he has always kept his mind clear and in need focused even when pushed to his limit, even when he gets angry, he still keeps his eyes on his goals.

- Willpower, he has an some decent will power as he has worked through some hardships and troubles, yet his main will comes from his wish to protect the freedom and happiness of others.
