His Majesty, the Emperor of Mankind has ordered an immediate convening of the Primarchs. His sons are to make best speed to Terra. Forces are to be left to guard the boarders of the Imperium and to cease their expansion. Ongoing Crusades are to be brought to as swift an end as is possible, all diplomatic options are available to bring an end to hostilities.[/i]

With most of the Sons of the Emperor now back under Imperium control and the boarders expanding as though a Juggernaut, the Emperor seems to have brought the expansion to an unexpected halt and ordered an immediate recall of all of the Primarchs to Earth. Nobody is entirely sure why, but rumours abound of his exceedingly reclusive behavior. He has not been seen on the battlefield for several months, and not made any formal public appearance in over 3 weeks. The only evidence of his continued residence of the Imperial Palace is the silent golden Custodes that line the walls and gates.[/hider]
