[color=Silver]Tobis looks especially grizzled for his age. Owing to the poor quality synth skin used to reconstruct his face from when he caught a frag grenade. There are scars around the top half of his face from the reconstructive surgery and cybernetic implantation. 
On Duty, he normally wears [url=https://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3d-scifi---assault-soldier-model-1326659]NSF Rigger Armour[/url]. It is a set of powered armour that houses several small drones for the Rigger to deploy to their advantage. The Armour and Drones, as well as their capabilities, will be listed under equipment. 
When off duty, Tobis normally wheres dark jeans or chinos. A white t-shirt and a leather jacket.  [/color]

[color=Silver]Tobis is often described as being a bit odd. Years of jumping his consciousness into machines have made him complacent with his normal body. Don't be confused though, he has suffered a lot of pain in his life. More than the human body can handle. Aside from the grenade that caused the reconstruction of his face, and most of his body, he has felt being blown up more times than he can count. 
He hides this pain though. Not as well as he thinks, but he does try and hide it. He pushes his body harder than it should. On duty, often putting himself in more danger than would be considered necessary. 
Off duty, he drinks. More than he should.

Riggers are a fairly new idea to the battlefield. [b]Riggers[/b] are people who use datajacks and in most cases, a special type of cyberware - called the "rigger control" - to interface with vehicles and drones. Often they also use a remote control deck. 
Riggers who jack to a building security system to control the complete electronic building security are called spiders.
Riggers jump into machines to control them with their mind. While jumped in they feel like they are the machine, using the vehicle or drone's sensors to replace their own. This allows the rigger to control the machine at the speed of thought and with greater precision. The downside is if the machine takes damage the rigger will have to deal with dangerous levels of biofeedback. Likewise, the rigger may have to engage in cyber combat with other hackers that are attempting to hijack their devices.
Not to be confused with Hackers, Riggers require a direct connction with the thing they are Hijacking, or use "friendly" machines.

The Rigger Recon Armour (RRA) was designed by the NSF for Riggers. It id s powered suit that functions on a light exo-frame to increase mobility, while sacraficing protection.
The helmet contatins a Heads-Up Display (HUD). The right arm has a touch screen consol that allows deployment of drones from both the suits back Drone stroage area and NSF head quarters.

Steve is Tobis's main companion drone/support drone. Sporting a large array of sensors, Steve relays information to Tobis's HUD. Steve doesn't really get stored anywhere, but has a charging base in Tobis's apartment. Aside from charging when Tobis sleeps, Steve is always deployed.

Omni-Drones are small bar shaped drones. Basically the swiss army knife of Drone Technology. Tobis carries three.

RECON Drones are small drones deployed for survaliance. They are normally used for indoors, or when Steve would draw too much attention in the skyline. These small drones bolster no weaponry, just cameras. Tobis carries just one.

The assault drone folds up flat to be stored within the back pack of the RRA. Normally used to provide fire when pinned down, and exposing oneself would be considered hazardous. Only one is carried per Rigger.

The Modular Weapon System (MWS) is the Rigger's weapon of choice. The weapon itelf can adapt to most conventional ammunituniton calibres. With attachments that can turn the Large Hand Gun into basically any weapon the situation will call for. Especially usuful for Recon Missions behind enemy lines, where NSF issued ammuntion can run dry quickly, so being able to take any and all ammunition from enemy soldiers is a huge bonus.

[color=Silver]Tobis was born in Autralia. HAd a pretty good life, didn't really think about Japan or its conflicts that much as a child. He joined the Australian Defense Force when he was eighteen and served for five years as a Rigger before slipping up, and winding up on the wrong end of a frag grenade. After that, he was taken to hospital, and put on life support. Australia didn't really have the technology to rebuild him, so Tobis was left with two choices. Live the rest of his life in a bed, concious, but hooked up to life support, or get transfered to a Japanese Facility, and have a chance at a normal life. 
So, he was transfered to Japan. They rebuilt his face, and most of his body, back to what it was before the accident. Tobi requested a sim-rig and translator be implanted, and so they were. He got the Sim-Rig because at the time he wanted to go back and join the ADF. The translator was because he had the hots for one of the nurses who was assissting him through rehab. 
Tobis and the nurse ended up falling in love, and getting married. After Tobis finished his rehab, he didn't want to go back to Australia, so he opened up a Burger Joint in Japan. 
He was living the good life, ended up getting citizenship after a few years. After two years of running the Burger Joint, he started fixing Drones on the side. It started just as a hobby. Mostly recreational stuff. A year later he got a contract from NSF for a full time job, so he sold his Diner. To work full time. 
Two years later, the Jinrai kidnapped his wife. Told him to make them Drones. He did, ut ater dilevering the drones, they killed her anyway. 
So, he used a back door he had created in the drones programming, and his simrig implant to take ove rthe drones and get his revenge. He then requested to be moved to a field position within the NSF. [/color]

EDIT // Should probably mention that around half of his body is Cybernetic, but it functions the same as a Normal Human. It is calibrated to the strength and reaction times of a normal human as it was all installed for "civillian" use. It is largely to provide chracter growth down the line when he can get it upgraded.
