There was an incident when he was younger that ruined both his knees, so he has bionic knees covered by artificial skin to match the rest of his legs. It gives him the ability to jump two stories comfortably, but more than that at a time puts a serious strain on his knees. There's danger he could blow them out if he's not careful. He has a healed over stab wound on his right side under his ribs. He's also left handed.

[center][color=Silver]On duty Seohyung has relentless focus, too eager to rid the world of Jinrai, and is impulsive bordering on suicidal. He knows what the NSF does is for the good of the country and its people. He can’t be a weak link among the thousands of officers. He’s already judged for his age. The higher ups expect greenies like him to get themselves killed, despite it being his second year with the NSF. Too bad he’s not as strong as he’d like to be. If his team leader tells him to sneak in, stay put, and observe, he does everything to the letter, then fucks it up when sees something more important happening. For example, he was on a mission to sneak into a Jinrai base, watch their movements, and listen for intel. All he had to do was report back to his team what he observed and heard, but he noticed a Jinrai agent keying in codes for a weapon, but his zoom function wasn’t close enough for him to see it. So it he waited for the agent to leave the room, before climbing out the vent and hacking the computer for the codes. It would’ve worked, but nothing ever works out when Seohyung deviants from the plan, which is every time. He got caught and had to fight his way out the base, requiring his team to come in for backup. It was a hot mess, but the type of mess only Seohyung could get out of. No one else would’ve survived escaping thirty Jinrai on their own. Seohyung got suspended for a week and spent all that time training his hand-to-hand combat skills, because he doesn’t have any other hobbies. He's the type that likes to feel the fall of his enemy, so he gets close and personal any opportunity he has. 

Seohyung isn’t as intense when he’s off duty, but he prefers not to talk to anyone and mostly keeps to himself. People make him anxious, particularly Japanese people, because he tends to get dirty looks or messed with whenever he introduces himself. In his experience most aren’t kind to Koreans, half-bloods or otherwise. He’d rather not bring attention to himself more than he already has from his mission reputation. When he does socialize, he tends to be the quiet one with quippy one liners and a dark sense of humor. For those he gets on with, he’ll playfully tease them for their failures only cause he’s on the receiving end of it too; Suicidal Seo and all that. But these times are few and far between. Most of the time he stays busy, because his social anxiety gets to him more than his need for human contact.

Uniform: Allows him to move freely with little resistance, is absolutely silent and blocks radar, so he can get in and out of Jinrai bases without being heard or detected. Has automatic shield sensors that activate when bullets are too close for comfort. There's a zoom function in his helmet he uses for distance. It can't see everything, but it does a good job for the distances it allows him to see. Along with heat and night vision, and recording, and magnified audio functions.[/color][/center]

Seohyung was born the year Korea nuked Tokyo in a concentration camp in Karuizawa. A month after the blast nationalist attacked and rallied against Korean citizens that made Japan their home, whether they were a natural born or naturalized citizen. To protect their citizens, the Japanese government created concentration camps for Koreans to live in peacefully. Except it wasn’t peaceful. Japan’s military were tasked with protecting their people and the allowed the nationalist officers to torture them instead. His mother, Seola, made friends with a sympathetic officer that understood none of them were responsible for what happened, but that didn’t mean she was protected. Pregnant women were starved for a week at a time and denied water for three days at a time. Many lost their babies, but the fetuses with a will to live survived. He was born a week early on October 23rd and named Seohyung, but his mother barely got to hold him. Other babies that were born before him didn’t make it passed a month. Their mothers were underfed, stressed, and couldn’t produce the milk necessary to keep them alive. Seola was determined for Seohyung to live, so she made her officer friend promise her he’d get her baby out of there. Soon after his birth, the officer walked out of the concentration camp with Seohyung wrapped up and carefully placed in an empty backpack. Seola gave him her address with her husband’s name, Jin Kamenashi. Seohyung was delivered safely to his father’s arms that night. The concentration camps lasted three years and his mother never made it out alive. Neither did the officer that helped her when it came out he was a sympathizer. 

Five years later, Seohyung has lived the first five years of his life confined to his home, because his father was afraid what would happen to him if he was out in town where their neighbors knew he was half-Korean. Korean children went missing every day all over the country. The news didn’t talk about it, but Jinrai supporter pages were full of users bragging about what they did to the little akuma. Jin didn’t want Seohyung to end up being one of them, so he was homeschooled by his aunt and only played with his cousins. But his family weren’t the nicest to him. He was often excluded from games and belittled for not picking up material fast enough. One day his aunt went to the market for lunch and forgot to lock the door. Seohyung only saw his neighborhood from the window, so he wanted to go out and explore. He didn’t make it a block, before he was attacked by high schoolers. They beat him black and blue, broke his knees with a metal bat, and left him for dead. His aunt found him on the way home and called an ambulance, hoping he’d make it. Not for his sake, but for hers. When his father found out what happened, his aunt ended up in the hospital in similar condition. Seohyung’s knees were so bad that he had to have a bionic knee replacement, because no amount of casts or surgery was going to heal them properly for him not to walk without leg braces for the rest of his life.

Seohyung didn’t have a memory of the attack, but he suffered night terrors until he was sixteen and only experienced them when he was under extreme stress. His father allowed him to go to school when he was eleven, but his anxiety made it hard for him to make friends. He was bullied a lot, especially by Gojiro and his little band of assholes.. Pushed around on the school yard, his in door shoes either went missing or had tacks in the soles, his gym uniform would end up soaked in spoiled milk before the gym, and his notebooks and textbooks ended up in fountain in the courtyard. No matter what Jin how much Jin protested his son’s abuse to the vice principal and principal, nothing changed. Even the teachers turned a blind eye. Seohyung was at his lowest and settled to kill himself, but when he jumped from the school roof his knees over shot and he ended up in a tree too far for a normal person to jump to. Amazed, he practiced jumping whenever he could, used it to get away from bullies on the school yard, and gained confidence doing something no one else could do.

In middle school he made friends with a group of kids that had bionic parts too. Some more confident to have their parts show, but Seohyung wasn’t there yet. He didn’t want to stick out more than he already did. Middle school wasn’t as bad as his sixth year in elementary school. The bullies were still assholes, but he had friends to back him up and vice versa. One of them had an arm that could break concrete. It was enough of a deterrent to get them off his back. Of course, he fell in love with that friend. His name was Yosuke. His first love, but it was unrequited as far as he knew, because he could never tell him how he felt. During these years there was political unrest between the parties that wanted to hit Korea hard and the ones that wanted to take a softer approach. The Jinrai were losing supporters. People that hid their lack of contempt for Korea came forward and offered peaceful solutions. Jin was one of them, peace with Korea propaganda was all over the house, on the radio in the car, on the TV day in and day out. Seohyung didn’t care about any of that. What he wanted was for nationalist to lose power. They were the ones that killed his mother, almost killed him before he was born, disabled him, and bullied him in school. The only ones strong enough to do that was the NSF. Before Seohyung graduated middle school, he put in his application for the academy and was accepted. 

His first year was rougher than the first time he went to school. His main bully in school, Kogiro, applied to the academy too and got in. The instructors didn’t care for bullying, told them to suck it up and work together, because without a cohesive team they’d all end up dead. Seohyung did his best to ignore Kogiro and took to training like a bird to the sky. He was faster, quieter, had more stamina than his classmates. His instructors took notice and put him in classes specific for recon and espionage. He hoped to fast track to the latter right out of the academy. By his last year he was at the top of the class and had many officers in NSF looking at him to join their divisions. Then he got into with Kogiro after a training course incident. The training room had settings for non-lethal and lethal practice. Seohyung always trained when he didn’t have homework, so he wasn’t a stranger to the routine and levels of the holographic robots. But Kogiro set it to lethal and level 33. The holograms became real, faster, stronger, and sentient robots. There’s no failsafe to stop training, so he had to fight his way to the end of the level and almost died when one of the robots stabbed him in the right side under his ribs. After he healed he heard what Kogiro did, but he got a slap on the wrist, claiming the system glitched when he set the room for Seohyung. He wasn’t buying that bullshit, so in his anger he went after Kogiro and beat the shit out of him. The fight cost him his top spot and he was suspended for a week. The officers didn’t want someone with anger issues and looked elsewhere for their future operative, even the Espionage division. They only one to stick around was the Recon division, claiming it was only a one time incident and they weren’t going to lose the chance to have one of the best operatives they’ve seen in a long time. Seohyung finished the year, graduated, and got swept right into Recon the year Jinrai went rogue.

The concept is very good, there's only one bit I'd ask if you could change the weapon slightly. The technology for morphing weapons isn't really there yet, so they'd have to be separate entities, if that makes sense? The weapons themselves are fine it's just the single thing transforming between them all.

[color=silver]Chelsea has a tanned skin tone, which is mostly because of the fact she lived in San Francisco, California most of her childhood life. She’s built very well for a woman as her age and her body type is an hour glass, which shows her beauty compared to most things. Her whitish silver hair is abnormally lengthy, which goes passed her lower back even with it being in a ponytail. She has a major trauma on her skin, which is a scar on her left arm. This scar starts from her wrist and goes all the way to the top of her shoulder. It was created from a knife that cut her, which constantly reminds her of her actions have consequences.

Chelsea is definitely presentable enough compared to other people, which is mostly because of her charming smile. Her body language always showed a specific thing that she is trying to cover up her past by whatever means. It always troubled her as she sometimes looks towards the sky hopeful for what the next day will bring type of deal. Her height is 5’9”, which makes her not as tall as certain people but she is still flexible and her agility is still up there. The eyes of hers, are light bluish/purple that show a big sense of regret and shame. Her eyes usually dim much because of the fact, it is because she cries a bit too much. The armor that she wears is a constant reminder of all her failures, which she cannot ever get away from. Her style of walking is that of someone that is constantly not able to get back on the right foot with anyone, which usually causes her to fall on her face sometimes. However, she was more clumsy when she was younger, now not so much. But she does trip over her own two feet sometimes when she gets a bit confused.

The legs of hers is always shaven because she doesn’t like the feeling of hair on them. The location of said birthmark is on her left leg, in plain view when she wears shorts and what not that specifically does that.

She has no cybernetic augments nor other type of augments what so ever. It was only because of the fact her parents didn’t want to augment their child at all. Her nerves are on edge because of all the prescriptions, which she had to take from when she tried to kill herself. It is a side effect from said prescription that gives her left hand the shakes, it is a very shaky compared to the rest of her body. The other thing that’s wrong with her she just looks very emotional compared to other females her own age. It is another side effect from the same prescriptions to silence the thoughts within her head. 

Chelsea’s on duty field uniform for the NSF is a light-recon outfit, which is flexible and comfortable fit. It has specific lightly armored bluish green plates that are around her chest, lower back and on her legs. She wears a specific thing that is different from other NSF agents, which is a longish skirt that stops at her knees. The bluish green plates are underneath her skirt and go straight down to her the NSF Boots, which she wears. Her NSF non-combat uniform is basically alike her field uniform but without her bluish green plates and a bit more comfortable.

It is specifically looks like a cellphone bluetooth headset, which is able to help her contact her father since [i]she cannot[/i] ever not contact her father. It only understands Halifax Corporation signals, however, it doesn’t interrupt anything she is doing at the moment before her father contacts or when she contacts him. It is a thirteen year old device, however it functions very well since it doesn’t ever need to be replaced. However, when she’s on duty in the NSF it turns into a USB Flash Drive to be much smaller and not in the way for operations. It is able to plug into any computer to transform the computer into a video communication device to talk to her father.

Chelsea wears a uniform from the Guarri Ace Strip Club, which she keeps at her penthouse since it would be super embarrassing to wear out in public. It is a [i]waitress uniform[/i] but only in name it is really a prostitute outfit, which was given to her by her owner Nobunaga Guarri. At least she picked the right choice for her, in terms of the Strip Club over the Brothel.[/color]

[color=silver]Chelsea has always been a bright cheery child throughout her life, however. All that changed when she was easily tricked by her hyper idealistic, optimistic and naivety by a group of people that wanted to kill her and her sister. Because of this reason, she used her idealistic and optimistic reasoning to run away from her problems. She had always ran from them, which is why her decision to move to NeoTokyo was compounded. It was compounded because of the fact, she tried to kill herself twice, however, both times she didn’t succeed. This was because of the Halifaxian Guardians were always there for her and stopped her both times. However, this caused a sudden shift into becoming dependent on a specific experimental medication that caused her to stop the solution of killing herself. It silenced the voices in her head, permanently that wanted her to kill herself. This decision all stems from the fact her sister Silvia outright hates her guts because of what she had done. The bad decision that caused her to have even more bad decisions throughout her life.

It all stemmed from the fact she didn’t want an easy life like she has. But the biggest factor in her idealistic nature was the nuking of Tokyo, Japan. She took a chance in talking to her parents, however, they told her no. They wouldn’t change the corporation’s policies for America just because of one nuclear blast, this outright devastated her. The outright not helping the needy in Tokyo caused her to slightly hate the idea of being the CEO of the Halifax Corporation. She wanted to help the Japanese in any way possible and the only likelihood possibility was no other than moving there herself.

However, her intelligence was top notch compared, which floored her tutors. It was like she was made for the position of CEO even without realizing it. She was a bit afraid of taking responsibility of her family’s corporation much. It didn’t help she had no real way to let out her frustration of all her possible fears, hopes and dreams all to one single person. She didn’t have anyone who was her true friend that connected to her on a level greater than understanding she had made some bad decisions. It was obvious everyone in the Halifaxian Guardians were so frustrated with her. However, she did make friends with Maxwell’s daughter Ceres, which didn’t complete her. She wanted some true companionship but she didn’t even get it. No one in America really understood what she wanted or cared for that matter.

Doesn’t help she’s highly emotional at times and constantly making tiny little mistakes every now and then. It is like this all the time, however, it was only compounded with the medication, which she was forced to take by her parents. This medication effected her greatly that made her emotionally very unstable right beneath the surface. While on the surface she would be bubbly and easily able to get to know someone from a long conversation. However, she gets embarrassed very easily, which is very trying for her that is. The constant reporting into her father, gave her a slight hope that sooner or later she will be able to finally apologize to her sister. However, she never once tried to do this. It was because she wasn’t terrified enough out of her mind to apologize.

However, much later in her life she finally got to apologize but now she is owned by a terribly awful man. She hasn’t seen away out of the terrible thing she got herself into, however, she was truly apologetic towards the Hattori Family for what she failed to do. It was one of the few things, which she could do. Nobunaga Guarri owns her and he is enjoying every little second of the humiliation he’s giving her. She has became a very abused woman in just a short of seven years, with what’s happening. Her choice of stop running from everything caused all these feelings of intense regret, remorse, revenge, confusion, dark thoughts, and wanting it to all end. No matter what she will try to look forward to stop the bastard, which killed Naomi Hattori if it is the last thing she does. Many emotions comes to the surface, which includes sadness and depression. She is very angry at herself for not fulfilling her contract with Akechi Hattori the one that made [i]her[/i] back into the scared little girl who was being threatened with death at twelve years old.

Chelsea tries to be mentally stable on duty, but she is a complete wreck off duty. She is highly emotional, which involves every single emotion under the sun. The one thing that’s good is she is finally passed the all the stages of grief with her sister, but still is on the stage of Bargaining with Naomi’s death. The one thing she wished is she could trade places with her so, Naomi lives while she dies. She is nothing without Naomi since Naomi was the one person who truly completed her. However, she is still definitely hurt with what Naomi said to her, which were her last words before she had died. That will be played forever in her head, she could have done something else but she chose to do a mini-pity party with alcohol. She completely dropped it for the sake of Naomi’s Memory, since she never once drank at all. However, none of that would have happened if she hadn’t needed Naomi’s Protection from the one that now owns her.[/color]

They aren’t really specialized for any task but these were what she used as a V-Trooper since the Sun Corporation heavily supports the NSF.

Recon/Support Uniform: It has the best of both worlds, since it has the top of the line headgear from the Sun Corporation, since it was from the V-Trooper. She wears the V-Trooper helmet over a NSF Standard Issue helmet since it has better visual gear on it. The other thing it has is bluish green plating surrounding certain parts of Chelsea’s body.

It can transform into a Flash drive to hook up to anything, which acts like a computer. The flash drive portion of the device looks somewhat similar to a silverish plated with purple lettering on it. It has Chelsea’s first name on it to show its only for her use.

[hider=Chelsea’s History][color=silver]Chelsea Riley O’Connell was born at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco, California to her mother Fiona Kayla O’Connell and her father Gregory Ryan O’Connell. Fiona is the CEO of the Halifax Corporation, which is a shining example of creating a wealthy business within the US by helping people within the country. Gregory is a military serviceman, which is apart of the US Marine Corps for four years so far. He was granted leave to be with his wife Fiona at the Hospital, which they chose to give birth to Chelsea. The O’Connell family’s plan for their first born daughter to become Halifax Corporation CEO and have their second child join the same branch of the US Military as Gregory. It was pre-planned way before Chelsea was born since it was basically family tradition at this point for having their children keep up the mantle of their forefathers. Fiona & Gregory’s lives were always happy since they loved each other. They always shared every single fear and what not together, which they are very heavily critical of decisions that go against their plans.

Because of this her childhood was basically constantly trying to follow what her parents wanted her to do, however she had some worries and fears of her own. Her life being handed to her by a silver platter didn’t help her slight attitude problem of not wanting the life her parents gave her. She wanted to do something that fits her idealistic and extremely optimistic world views with a hint of naivety. However, this changed in a big way when she was six years old. It all happened because of one singular event, which was the Nuclear Devastation of Tokyo by the North Koreans. She wanted her mother and father to change the Halifax Corporation’s policies to help the Japanese Citizens that were affected. This caused much upheaval in the O’Connell family, which her parents deemed a bad decision in trying to change the world. Just because of one terrible man in North Korea, they thought this was a phase of their daughter trying to get to know her responsibilities. However, the only good thing is they did have Silva a year prior to what happened in Tokyo. Gregory worried not as much as the other people in the US Military, however he did keep up on the news in Japan. It was god awful with how many died by that one nuclear weapon devastating much of Tokyo and all the deaths too.

Fiona didn’t really want to change the pillar of the Halifax Corporation, which is a US focused corporation. It would be pretty odd to have a corporation to send supplies to the people suffering in Tokyo because of the Nuclear fallout and devastation. She knew of what her husband told her that it was pretty bad because of that reason, which she basically declined her daughter’s idealism. Chelsea basically rebelled against her parents because of the biggest core principle of helping people in the Halifax Corporation. Why does it matter if it is only in the US if they suffer, people are suffering around the world every single day. It took her parents to basically tell her when she hits 18 years old she can decide if she truly wants to help Japan. If she does, which will be classified as a bad decision she will have to make sure she keeps in contact with them. However, if she picks to stop spouting her idealistic nonsense and finally get into gear to become the next Halifax Corporation CEO. She will be given the reigns to change the Halifax’s policies to outright make it a US Corporation but focused on helping the world.

They allowed her to basically keep this in the back of her mind, however. She had to basically start learning all she needs to become apart of the Halifax Corporation. It specifically meant she would have to put her nonsense to rest until she is serious about giving an answer to them. She was basically tutored in all forms of things, which the Halifax Corporation creates and how to properly use them too. It did help that the tutors, which they paid for were impressed at her intelligence. These tutors did have troubles in keeping her focused on certain fields of Cybernetics. It was a pretty big hassle for them, however they did get through her with certain philosophical areas of expertise. As a project, when she was twelve years old since they wanted to see if she [i]had[/i] an idea of what a Submachine Gun and a pistol looks like. It was to see if she was basically able to craft a new form of pistol & submachine gun for military applications, which is a bit high tech for a twelve year old girl. However, the tutor in question was shocked that she had passed it with flying colors. It is definitely as if she had her mother’s talent in her but she was wasting it on Idealism and Optimism of what the future holds. This is how the Halifax Corporate CEO is picked by how good they are in creating weapons and what not from their own imagination instead of a blueprint, which is in front of their eyes.

Fiona was impressed that her daughter passed that test with flying colors, however. Something terrible happened, a few days later that made the Halifax Corporation go into lock down mode. Fiona’s children was kidnapped by a gang in California, which is very dangerous to people who have very important daughters. It took the Halifax Corporation’s Guards in two days after the kidnapping, since the deadline of when they were supposed to be given the money or the two girls are killed. The guard force by the name of the Halifaxian Guardians, which rescued them by any means necessary. When Chelsea and Silvia were returned to their home, they were scarred but still alive. Silvia had the worst of it since she was only seven years old at the time. All that Chelsea had was a vast scar on her wrist up to her shoulder.

Chelsea was interrogated by the head of the Halifaxian Guardians by the name of Maxwell Grant Stephan. He wanted to know what or how they got kidnapped so easily, however he was utterly shocked that Chelsea [i]believed[/i] the men that kidnapped them. It was mostly because of her highly naive, optimistic and idealistic belief systems. This definitely destroyed her naivety to not believe every single thing a person says, which includes a complete and total stranger at face value. Her beliefs didn’t change, however this caused her to not want to apologize to her younger sister Silvia. Because she believed she did the right thing, however that was so far from the truth. 

Her parents gave Chelsea punishment so this will [i]never[/i] happen again as long as she is living in the United States. The punishment they deemed worthwhile since they couldn’t bring themselves to disown their daughter even though she had done a horrible thing. Her freedom was heavily limited, which she has to have constant bodyguards from the Halifaxian Guardians even when she wants to go anywhere outside of her home. She must report to her parents, which ever is awake at the time even when she has to go to bed as well. This is mostly because they don’t want to ever lose track of her like ever, and the Halifaxian Guardians can order Chelsea to report to her parents. Maxwell has the direct rights to change out the Guardians, which will protect Chelsea. It is only so none of the Guardians get to friendly with Chelsea since most of the Guardians are friends to Fiona and her husband Gregory. Chelsea has to [i]earn[/i] the friendship of all the Guardians before she’s allowed to regain her freedom back. It is also that she has to pick what her parents want and not what she wants to truly gain that freedom.

Chelsea’s feelings were all over the place because she [i]did[/i] want to apologize to her younger sister but her sister never gave her the time of day. She really ruined her relationship with her sister, however. It made her basically try to be highly distant to her family, which didn’t help the fact she had to constantly report in every single day. Her father definitely saw a change in Chelsea as if she was a bit down on herself but he decided to take her out on a father-daughter dinner in a very high class restaurant to cheer her up. It was on her fifteen birthday, which definitely cheered her up much since it was the first time her father took her out. She opened up a little bit about her feelings and she didn’t want to feel like this anymore but she didn’t know how to go about anything. He gave her sound advice at the time, just take it one day at a time. You can’t repair the broken relationship with your sister or anyone for that matter in an instant it takes time. He didn’t really enjoy that she was still thinking about all those years ago and Tokyo, which is becoming a definite dangerous place. It made him realize that this wasn’t a phase after all and she is definitely going to choose NeoTokyo over her responsibilities in the Halifax Corporation to her family. 

His mood was definitely down from what he heard but he would support his daughter no matter what but he had a thought process of many things. However, after the dinner they made it home without incident, he had hoped she would take the advice to heart. She tried to follow what he said but it was a bit hard on her because they had an argument about she is trying to make an even worse decision than she had done. All because of her idealistic nature anyways. She acted like it didn’t ruin her mood but it definitely had done, which made her do something highly stupid. However, the Halifaxian Guardians stopped her from doing it. Let’s just say she was put under a watchful eye 24/7 to make sure she doesn’t try to do what she almost succeeded in doing. She tried to kill herself, which was a bit hard to understand in why she would do that.

There was another attempt on her life by herself, but it was foiled by the Guardians and this time they made sure of it. This attempt was half-assed since she didn’t actually want to do it, but a voice in her head made her do it. However, she was given treatment to make her stop having those thoughts by a psychiatrist. It was definitely serious medication it drowned out the voices in her head and she slowly started to come back around. She was definitely picked up from her bad decisions, which she definitely decided to not try that again. It wasn’t so much trying, it took her not that long to recover from her plain attempts on her own life those two times. She was still afraid but at least she tried not to do anything to make her parents sad again, it was around her 17th birthday that it was her completely turn around. However, a year later she finally decided on what she wants to truly do with herself and walked directly to her mother and father.[/color]

[color=silver]On her 18th birthday, Chelsea was in front of her mother’s desk and was wondering where her father was. Her father walked in, which is the time for the choice of what Chelsea wanted to do. He had his arms crossed and looked directly at Chelsea with a serious face. While her mother was basically preeminently face palming since it was a bit annoying. It was a good thing they had a back up plan if Chelsea decided to go to NeoTokyo, Japan.

Chelsea was the first one to speak up in the tense room,[/color] [color=FFB6C1]”Mom and Dad, I am going to move to Japan. I want to help the people there since you’re stubbornness in not changing the Halifax Corporation to be for the world.”[/color] [color=silver]It was a bit harsh on her parents, however she did tried to kill herself twice that caused her to take medication to stop those thoughts completely. She was only trying to express herself the best she could right now.

Fiona completed the face palm and sighed at the fact their daughter’s choice to go to Japan wasn’t a phase.[/color] [color=98FB98]“...Daughter you have stuff to do here alike run our Corporation since we wanted you to run it. While your sister Silvia was going to be the US Marine. However, you know what you did to cause that to be ruined completely.”[/color] [color=silver]She was obviously a bit ticked off that her well made plans ruined by an Idealistic and optimist all rolled in one. It was ruined and no matter what it would take a bloody while to repair Silvia’s self-confidence to become a Marine since she’s deathly afraid of going outside.

Gregory sighed and decided to interrupt the thought process of Chelsea with what he had to specifically say,[/color] [color=6495ED]“...Seriously? You are too optimistic and idealistic for your own good daughter. If it wasn’t for the fact we had to pull your ass out of the fire, which you put yourself in. You becoming depressed for an action [i]you[/i] caused is nothing compared to what you might do in NeoTokyo. What are you going to accomplish there? I hope to god you don’t get anyone killed with your bad decisions.”[/color] [color=silver]He was telling her the god honest truth about her selfishness in wanting to show the world the idealism she wants to give everyone. However, her way of doing it is wrong, which is probably why she tried to even killed herself. He doesn’t know what will cause Chelsea to even apologize to her little sister properly since he knows that is still biting her.

Chelsea had a look of shit written on her face, like she definitely struck a nerve with her parents. She told them,[/color] [color=FFB6C1]”I promise I won’t father… Mother, I don’t really want to become a CEO to a Corporation, which only deals with our country and anything that the US Military is dealing with in the Americas. There’s trouble around the whole world. I have been keeping track with what is going on in Japan for awhile now.”[/color] [color=silver]She hoped that would’ve helped her father or mother calm down. It’s mostly because her parents are pretty scary when they are angry.

Gregory couldn’t take this so he decided to move closer to Chelsea with the intention to scare her shitless because he cannot deal with this idealism for any longer. It took him to put his hands on her shoulders and get close enough to make sure that she knows what he’s doing. He says,[/color] [color=6495ED]“Chelsea, if you [i]do[/i] get someone killed because of your decision making or lack of one. I will swear up and down that you… should be permanently working off your debt to society until you are old and gray. It will be better if you felt guilt once in your god damned life, Chelsea. Because it was cute when you were a child but now it is getting on my nerves. As well, if you [i]don’t[/i] feel guilt I will make hell sure you do.”[/color] [color=silver]He was sick and tired of Chelsea’s excuses of not feeling this or that, which she definitely [i]does[/i] feel guilt since she bloody tried to kill herself. At least, Silvia doesn’t know that Chelsea tried that specific thing. However, Silvia is basically in permanent isolation right now since she is only ever around her mother and tries to keep away from her sister.

Chelsea eyes opened wide and shivers in a bit of fear at what her father had said. She gulps at the fact that her father has never once done this to her like ever. It’s probably because of the fact her sister is basically needing a psychiatrist to get rid of her fears slowly. She looked directly into her father’s eyes, says,[/color] [color=FFB6C1]Y-Yes father… I will make sure you and everyone in the family [i]will[/i] like this decision I’ve made.”[/color] [color=silver]She was hopeful her parents would allow her to go to Japan finally because this has been a real intense diversion.

Fiona sighed at the blatant threat that her husband said to Chelsea but it definitely put a fire in her to not fuck up this time around. She says,[/color] [color=98FB98]“You are trying more than you were, at least. But no matter what happens you will still be given your allowance since you are apart of this family. You will never lose access to any of the resources you require. However, the Guardians are the only thing you will be losing since they were [i]only[/i] for you when you are in the United States. The other things we’ve told you still applies, however.”[/color] [color=silver]She was hopeful she could defend herself from the terrors, which are in NeoTokyo or it would be a very short lived time in that place of death. It was definitely a good thing she created her own weapons nonetheless.

Chelsea had a definite smile on her face to hear the Guardians won’t be going with her, since they are needed to protect her parents and little sister more. However, she is slightly annoyed she will have to report still to her father after all. She says,[/color] [color=FFB6C1]”Thanks mother… Can I take my leave to NeoTokyo, Japan, now? Since I want to live there and do what I must to be apart of a society that’s different from what I am used to.”[/color] [color=silver]It was a bit of a somber moment for her since she was finally growing up and getting out of the house. However, her father will be constantly looking over her shoulder since her parents always got her back no matter what.

Fiona sighed again it is really trying with Chelsea with all the stuff she had to pull. It was a great thing the Guardians [i]saved[/i] Chelsea twice from herself. She says,[/color] [color=98FB98]”...Yes, daughter you may leave. The Private Jet of yours is ready to fly you all the way to NeoTokyo, it’s name is called Ideal Union of Flight and colored to your tastes. Please enjoy your flight and don’t try to take mine, which is called the Grand Halifaxian Dream. Japan isn’t really the Halifax Corporation’s Forte but please make allies instead of enemies daughter.”[/color] [color=silver]She mostly said that at the end since it wouldn’t be great to get anymore enemies. The Halifax Corporation has a large list of enemies already in terms of sixteen corporations, twelve prominent cartels, two mercenary groups and one prominent figurehead of a highly radical group of terrorists in the United States. They don’t want to add another corporation to that list of enemies, which isn’t in the United States.

Chelsea nodded to her mother, hugged her father than mother so she can start living how she wanted to live. However, she doesn’t exactly know how many enemies her family has within the country since she tried to ignore that part of knowledge. It was the only type of tutoring, which never really stuck with her. She went to the Ideal Union of Flight, which was at the nearby airport, which the Guardians under Maxwell Grant Stephan escorted her there. It was the last time they would see Chelsea in the United States. The private jet, which she owns is luxurious with her own personal staff onboard the plane and has definite high security, however. There’s a singular painting on the jet, which has an ancient historical event on it. The event is the sacking of Constantinople by the Turks after the fall of Byzantium. It is a highly priceless painting to the O’Connell Family, which is on Chelsea’s Private Jet. 

The Private Jet’s commendations are completely justifiable to make it seem like a flying mansion with the abilities to fly across the ocean. It was built for Chelsea specifically since that is primarily what the O’Connell’s used to create jets and what not but switched to weapon production. The Ideal Union of Flight [i]was[/i] the fourth and final Jet produced by the Halifax Corporation. The flight took around ten hours to reach NeoTokyo, Japan since this Jet is slower than most Civilian Jumbo Jets because it is slightly heavier than those jets. It is mostly because of the fact of how much fuel and everything it carries.[/color]

[color=silver]Chelsea’s Private Jet landed at the NeoTokyo, International Airport. It carried with it a very experimental [url=https://cdnb.artstation.com/p/assets/images/images/016/981/219/small/mole-wang-17.jpg?1554207630]Halifax Supra-853A Super Car[/url], which was given to Chelsea so she can drive it. The only reason for this gift was because of the fact she needed something to drive while in NeoTokyo, which she did learn how to drive it [i]before[/i] leaving the US with an International License. The Halifax Supra-853A Super Car is one of the newest models coming from Halifax Corporation, which will be showed off at the Car Expo. It still has a long way to go before it is put on the Market, it has around another ten years before all the experimentally of it is fully realized.

Chelsea was a bit surprised to have the experimental car, which she feels she is literally the guinea pig for the car division of the Halifax Corporation. The Jet’s cargo hold opened up, which to let out the car and Chelsea, however, it shut the cargo hold and stayed stationary on the Airport, until it was told to go to where the Private Jets go. It went there slowly so Chelsea and her car can fully enter NeoTokyo proper. She bought a Penthouse in Downtown, NeoTokyo for her first purchase in NeoTokyo. It was the best purchase ever since her favorite colors are purple, pink and black for certain reasons. These are the colors of the Halifax Corporation’s Flag with a missile in the center of the flag. She had not many things to do other than explore NeoTokyo, but she wanted to stay in her penthouse for awhile.

She realized she cannot really drink since the age limit is 20. Therefore, she decided to look on the internet for interesting places to look for work that would hire her. However, there was many places that would do background checks to her shaky past. The listing of places that wouldn’t do background checks were shady establishments in the Red Light-Like District of NeoTokyo. The two places that only cares for the body of a young woman were the Guarri Ace Strip Club and the Guarri Queen Brothel. She decided to look into whom owned the businesses, which came up to be Nobunaga Guarri the only heir to the Guarri Family’s Fortune and in line to inherit an extensive large amount of properties when his father Hidetaka Guarri dies. She got a message from the Guarri Ace Strip Club, telling her to stop researching the Nobunaga Guarri or else. It was from his secretary Oichi Yoshiaki, which didn’t want anyone to learn about Nobunaga. 

Chelsea was a bit shocked that the secretary of Nobunaga messaged her, which she decided to chat to her. However, the reason why she messaged her was because it would be so wonderful if an heiress from the almighty Halifax Corporation would join willingly from the get go. This message made her a bit suspicious because it was alike that Nobunaga kept tabs on every single beautiful woman in the world or something. It probably meant that her younger sister is definitely in trouble by Nobunaga too. However, that made her remind her of what that Cartel said something about a partnership with the Guarri Family to send them anyone that is stupid enough to believe them. Their so called deaths was arranged by Nobunaga Guarri this whole time. She gave Oichi that she would never join that bastard willingly to sell herself to people in NeoTokyo.

Oichi laughed in the message and said, he will have his way with you one of these days. No matter what you do or try to stay away from him you will be owned by him no matter what. The setback of trusting the MS-32 Cartel in California, was just a setback. The Halifax Corporation & all their assets will be Nobunaga’s. She stopped the message afterwards, however before that Chelsea was warned that if she ever tells her parents that Nobunaga Guarri will know of her arrival in NeoTokyo, Japan. 

Chelsea shivered at the whole thing, which she was trying to save Japan but all she is getting is hate and wanting to control her in a specific way. She got up and got herself a glass of water and took her experimental medication from her parents. It’s mostly because she was waning off the medication since it lasts specifically for a whole year. It is to keep herself from killing herself, even with the side effects, which it is giving her. The only good thing she realized she needs to make friends in NeoTokyo to protect herself [i]from[/i] Nobunaga. She researched other prominent families in NeoTokyo, however one came up promising Naomi Hattori.

She decided to message Naomi Hattori to see if they could meet. It sounded like the best plan for her since Nobunaga Guarri is a threat to her livelihood. She got a reply from Naomi Hattori, which agreed to meet. The greatest thing, was Naomi wanted to meet a sport’s bar in NeoTokyo. However, before she had to leave she contacted her father to report in for what feels like routine now. Her father gave her the go ahead to make friends since it was one of the things he did want his daughter to do. She was wearing her civilian outfit right now, which she got from the private jet in particular. It took her a bit to arrive to the sports bar, however she was a bit late since she had to take the long way because of traffic. She entered the sports bar and looked around for Naomi Hattori.

Naomi Hattori raised her hand towards Chelsea, which she was amazed at how beautiful Chelsea was. It was a very unique dress she was wearing. Naomi was wearing regular not noticeable clothes for the reasons of the fact she is an heiress to a corporation within Japan. Chelsea sat down and sighed only because she couldn’t get hammered since she feels like it. Naomi smiled happily but she wasn’t a drinker at all since she doesn’t want to embarrass her father.

They chatted for hours on hours, which time just flew by this made Naomi instantly want Chelsea as more than a friend. It was mostly because of the fact they were similar, however. In how Chelsea speaks she had it a bit worse in terms of being a failure than Naomi. Naomi’s biggest failure is the choice of man she had to marry, which was Nobunaga Guarri. Chelsea heard the name and shivered at the thought, which she called the man creepy as sin. Naomi agreed with that since most everyone who works at his strip club or brothel cannot ever [i]leave[/i] the establishment and joining it willingly is worse. It was the one thing they both agreed on, a place like that should never exist.[/color]

[color=silver]A year later, Chelsea was invited to the Sun Corporation HQ by no other than Naomi Hattori since she got an interview for Chelsea. The V-Troopers were needed a specific woman to bodyguard the heiress herself. She arrived at the corporation, under a guest pass and went to the top floor, which she first met Naomi’s father Akechi. He had a terrifying presence, which made her remind herself of her father Gregory. However, his presence had a sense of caring within it. She gulped since it felt exactly like when she was in front of her parents when she first left her home. Akechi sighed at this whole display, however her beauty was very appealing to the eyes. He wanted to go through the process of the background checks but his daughter Naomi kinda looked at him with a specific look. 

He sighed and brought out the V-Trooper Contract without any background checks. However, he told her to [i]read[/i] the contract before signing it since it had some major stipulations. He told her one of the specific stipulations, which caused Chelsea & Naomi shiver down their spines. She would be owned by Nobunaga Guarri if she [i]ever[/i] fails her assigned tasks for the Sun Corporation. It was definitely not a good thing to be apart of his collection to say the least. She walked up to the contract, however the contract was in English and had the Stipulations in multitudes of sixteen letters of the English Alphabet. The biggest stipulation was on the top, which is the failure stipulation. There was a stipulation that caught her eye, which made her ask a question.

She asked is that true that all Female V-Troopers can’t complain about them being sexually stared at or assaulted. This was one of the stipulations that felt sexist to a point of insanity. He just laughed at what she said, since she had a great body to be a V-Trooper. He told her in one word, yes. The only good thing about this stipulation, you must be 18 or older to join the V-Troopers, which Chelsea is 19 right now. She sighed at the stipulations but that means anyone can do this to her, without any repercussions and she has to allow them to do this. It took her a bit and read a bit more of the stipulations, however the next one was even [i]more[/i] obscene. She says,[/color] [color=FFB6C1]”...Seriously? Are you kidding me… why does it say that Female V-Troopers have to do special tricks for Male V-Troopers…”[/color] [color=silver]It pissed her off and she wanted to say something before anything else is said.

Akechi was happy to see Chelsea pissed off, which made her much more hotter to say the least. He, however, only shook his head and remembered there was something off with the translation since he hates dealing with Americans.[/color] [color=778899]”The translation is massively off but it’s nice you noticed it before you signed it. What it says, that Female V-Troopers & Male V-Troopers have to share the same locker room, shower and everything. However, you can have a different locker room, shower and everything at a cost of losing 5% of your paycheck.”[/color] [color=silver]Akechi wondered what Chelsea would do to hear the actual explanation of the arrangements of the V-Troopers. However, with Chelsea probably being a virgin wouldn’t want to share a room with a male.

Chelsea’s eyes went wide and wanted to not sign it because this is outrageous. She didn’t want to deal with Nobunaga Guarri at all. There was a small sigh, couldn’t help that V-Troopers of the fairer variety was treated like garbage in this Corporation. She says,[/color] [color=FFB6C1]”...Fine. Can I take a 10% cut on my paycheck… as long as I can stay at my own penthouse away from everyone else?”[/color] [color=silver]She had wondered what Akechi would say to what she said, literally cutting her paycheck by an extra 5% just so she doesn’t have to be starred at by V-Troopers that aren’t her gender.

Akechi laughed slightly at what she said, which it was slightly a stupid thing to say. He had wondered how much it would take for her to lose a big portion of her paycheck. He spoke,[/color] [color=778899]”I must say you are the first woman in the entire history of the V-Troopers to want your paycheck to be cut by 10%. However, I cannot really give you what you want unless you go down to only 900 dollars US. In terms of Japanese Yen conversion would be 98,416.80, you would be paid, instead of the going rate of V-Troopers getting no pay cuts. It’s 1,250 USD or 136,690 JPY. Because you did tell me you own a Penthouse. That means you are an Heiress like my daughter and must be taken into account with an Heiress fee.”[/color] [color=silver]He had a massive smile on his face when he told her the actual price that most people get paid. The one thing he knew is that she doesn’t really need to work so why is she even trying, she’s a bloody heiress for Christ sake.

Chelsea heard that, deeply sighed and couldn’t help but feel like she should be paid much less since she still gets an allowance. Therefore, she decided to only get paid 38,273.20 Yen it is the only responsible thing to do even though this feels like a bad decision and might make her regret her action today. She says,[/color] [color=FFB6C1]”Akechi Hattori, what would I get if I lower the pay check to 38,273.20 Yen? Does that give me any leeway for any of these stipulations on this contract of yours?”[/color] [color=silver]These two questions were honest and wondered if he would do that for her. She hoped, however it was a small hope at least.

Akechi was a bit shocked and had his jaw wide open at what she asked first but raised an eyebrow for the real reason why she asked it. However, he felt generous enough to give her a singular stipulation reduction. He says,[/color] [color=778899]”...I must say willingly to be paid so little is a bit shocking. No one would want to be paid that much in an age. However, there’s a singular stipulation I am willing to relax a bit. Is the 13th Stipulation, however, this relaxation doesn’t mean you aren’t allowed to do anything against the entire contract. In terms you are allowed to marry anyone within the Hattori Family, The V-Troopers or Outside of the Sun Corporation. However, if you do marry someone within the Hattori Family please be warned if you make my daughter cry. You will be forced to marry Nobunaga Guarri. He will probably will never know about that if she ever do make her cry.

Chelsea shivers a bit when he said that in terms of whom she has to marry if she ever makes his daughter cry. She nods her head, which she signs the V-Trooper Contract, which makes her a V-Trooper of the Recon and Support Variety since that’s the contract that she signed. Her weapons will be a submachine gun, a pistol and a long blade type weapon that was made by the Sun Corporation, which is used by NSF. The V-Trooper Uniform will be shipped to her penthouse, which will show off how beautiful she truly is. The other additional thing is a specialized headgear, which has a 360 Degree sight range it makes her feel as if she has eyes in the back of her head. Akechi knew she was completely natural so, it was definitely nice. However, the fact she has to carry that Tracking Communication Device everywhere she goes is a bit annoying.[/color]

[color=silver]It has been a long road, however, it was on the September 29, 2028, Chelsea was drinking at home when she had a knock on the door. She walked slowly towards it and opened it up with definitely a heavy heart when she saw Naomi worried about something. It was as if the stalker scared the living shit out of her already, however she wanted to stay at home since she wouldn’t be good dead in a car she would have to die. She decided to ask Naomi what’s going on even though she knew what’s going on.

Naomi was a bit weirded out to see Chelsea basically not even dressed and had an alcoholic beverage in her hand. However, it was a good type of weirded out mostly because of how good Chelsea looked. She says,[/color] “Please… Chelsea come with me to the HQ. I will even drive us there if you want. Because that stalker told me that the people he works for wants me dead badly, which is the Jinrai. And told me that I is going to die today.” [color=silver]She was definitely worried about her life. She wants her Chelsea to come with her to defend her and so she can finally pop the question to her in front of her father.

Chelsea sat down the drink on a table near the entrance of her penthouse. However, she was too wobbly since she was drinking constantly before Naomi got here. She didn’t really want to go to the Sun Corporation’s Headquarters, mostly because people has been starring at her much more than she’s used to. It is creeping her out and she’s been touched a bit too much by people who visit the Headquarters. She says,[/color] [color=FFB6C1]”...I am sorry but I can’t. I’ve been drinking to get away these feelings of regret working at your corporation… I should have… stayed in California. My parents were right I should have been the new CEO to the Halifax Corporation. But I was too scared to tell the truth to my parents nor my little sister that I am sorry. I was basically running from my fears because of what happened to me when I was twelve. And it was all because of that bastard Mr. Guarri.”[/color] [color=silver]She didn’t know how Naomi would react to the entire telling the truth thing since she has finally realized. That her running from her responsibilities is the reason for her bad decision making or lack of one. However, she showed regret in telling Naomi all this since she did enjoy their friendship and how kind and generous Naomi has been to her. Even though she felt like Naomi [i]was[/i] in love with her but not known what Naomi had planned for her, however.

Naomi was shocked at what Chelsea said, it started to make her cry because she always wanted to stay with her. However, the one thing that made her terrified is that Nobunaga Guarri had something to do with the Human Trafficking Schemes that keeps his shady organizational businesses running. This made so much more sense in why Chelsea contacted her all those years ago, which made her depressed and terrified for the future. She straight up snapped at Chelsea by,[/color] “...I loved you Chelsea… I hope you kill yourself for your actions today. I had a surprise for you at the Headquarters, which I was going to pop the question to you so we could be… married together. But you… had… to…make… me… a bigger fool than you.” [color=silver]Naomi was in tears of what Chelsea had said, which caused her to run away from Chelsea. She didn’t ever want to see Chelsea at all, no more because of the heart shattering heartbreak that was at Chelsea’s hands, it crushed her.

Chelsea opened her eyes really wide when she heard the specific reason for Naomi wanting her to take her to the Headquarters. Those words shattered her resolve and she picked up her drink and slammed the door, to not be bothered again. However, she didn’t know that those were Naomi’s last words to her. Chelsea took a nap after drinking her fill, however she was woken up by a furious knock on the door, it was like in the evening hours. She got dressed enough to answer the door, which there was V-Troopers and Akechi Hattori right there. He looked utterly furious about a specific thing, which was going to decimate her even more so. He told Chelsea that Naomi Hattori [i]is[/i] dead at the Sun Corporation Headquarters in the parking lot. This utterly devastated Chelsea since she [i]heard[/i] the last words and saw her last tears just awhile before she left. This day couldn’t get any worse, but then she was taken into custody by the V-Troopers that were with Akechi since she has to apologize to every single person within the Sun Corporation and the V-Troopers.

Akechi absolutely despised Chelsea for failing at the one thing she [i]was[/i] assigned to do and that was protect his daughter, her best friend. However, she learned her fate, which she’ll be owned by Nobunaga Guarri, this specifically made her utterly terrified since she didn’t want to be with him. She couldn’t get out of the hand cuffs that she was put in since they wanted her to be subdued. The only thing she knows is she’ll be transferred to that awful man on the last day of Naomi’s Funeral, which is October 5. However, she will be given a choice to be apart of the Guarri Ace Strip Club or Guarri Queen Brothel, which is his two establishments. This made her realize the threat all those years ago by Nobunaga Guarri’s Secretary. That how he was going to get her to be apart of his establishments was no other than her failing to follow the rules in the V-Troopers. It didn’t help she was heavily remorseful and regretful at this whole thing. She even told the truth of what she was doing when Naomi came over to ask for her to go with her. Akechi was furious that she was drinking, while saying blatantly no to his daughter, without telling him the reason why she said no.

Chelsea knew one thing her life was going to turn nasty sooner than later. She’ll have to learn how to live underneath a bastard for the rest of her life from now on. It didn’t help that her medication was completely in affect since the words were said to her earlier by Naomi. It did its job, which made her completely unable to do what Naomi had said to her. She didn’t smile though because her depression was heavily set in. The place she was transferred to was the Sun Corporation’s Vast underground Network of Prisons. Its were Sun Corporation traitors, V-Trooper Failures and corporate spies go. She wasn’t going to see the light of day until she gets transferred to Nobunaga Guarri.[/color]

[color=silver]It took three days, before she was released and sent back to her Penthouse to await the time she would go to Nobunaga Guarri. The reason she was released from the Sun Corporation Underground Prison was because of the Halifax Corporation outright gave support to the Sun Corporation to at least lessen the crimes against her. It was basically because Gregory, her father saved her ass big time. She finally was able to live at least on the surface, but figured out where she was going to work for Nobunaga. She picked the Strip Club, which she could tell Nobunaga Guarri easier on the transferal day. It was the lesser of two evils, which she thought not knowing that with her figure was going to be awful working there. In terms it was going to be 10x worse than working for Akechi Hattori.

Chelsea couldn’t really do much than drink non-alcoholic beverages and wait until Oct. 5th rolled around so she can start being owned by Nobunaga Guarri. It was humiliating waiting for the time she’s no longer a free woman dealing with her own things, which she shouldn’t have ever took the job in the first place. However, she did finally tell the truth so she contacted her father, which he was a bit odd about since it was Oct. 4th. She was terrified completely in how she was reacting to him, which she says,[/color] [color=FFB6C1]”...Dad I am scared… I must tell my sister Silvia something now.”[/color] [color=silver]Chelsea said because she is truly scared of what is going to happen to her. It was her only chance she got to apologize to Silvia.

Gregory heard the worry, being terrified out of her mind, etc it is like she was truly finally growing. However, he thought she was scared for Akechi Hattori trying to murder the living shit out of her. He did make a deal with Akechi so that will not happen. He says,[/color] [color=6495ED]”I know you are daughter. But as long as you try to make up for every single bad decision in your life you will get through this alive. Hmm? What do you want to tell Silvia?”[/color] [color=silver]He was a bit worried in what she was going to say, which will probably shock him but more his wife, however. Since they both never thought she would actually apologize as long as she lives.

Chelsea sighed deeply at what her father had said, but he doesn’t realize why she’s so afraid even though she can’t even tell him anyways. It is like she has no mouth and must scream, however. She says,[/color] [color=FFB6C1]”...I am terribly sorry for what I did to her all those years ago when I was a naive little girl. Because I do know she hates me. I hope she is willingly to forgive what I have done… even if she cannot at least she shouldn’t be spitting on what remains of me… don’t know if it will be in a grave or somewhere else.”[/color] [color=silver]She was trying to give her father a hint that she’s not going to die but be used by people for the rest of her life until she’s no longer a use. However, she couldn’t come out and say it.

He was completely shocked when he heard Chelsea say that. However, it gave him home for his daughter’s growth in turning around her life. He did pick up on the hint, however, it would be against the agreement that him and Akechi agreed on if what he thought was true. He says,[/color] [color=6495ED]”W-Whoa… C-Chelsea… what in the world? Fiona and I never expected you to apologize to your sister at all. This is the biggest shock of my life. I will give Silvia the message of your apology including Fiona. Since she needs to hear this. However, I do hope she doesn’t get a heart attack or I would have to stop being a US Marine. And if you are in trouble just give me a call I will come and save your ass from anyone who will harm you. I will make sure, the Halifaxian Guardians will bust you out of any terrible situation [i]if[/i] I think what it is.”[/color] [color=silver]He wants to make sure his daughter knows that him, his wife and even her younger sister will save her no matter what.

Chelsea heard what her father had said sighed relief to hear those words from her father, which caused her not to fear the future. She will keep looking ahead until it is time for Nobunaga pays for his crimes. She says,[/color] [color=FFB6C1]”Thank you father… for your support. Me being so idealistic took me awhile to realize I was running… away from my problems instead of facing it ahead on. I am so sorry to your plans for my future… but I have a new future now in NeoTokyo. To get revenge for my beloved friend…”[/color] [color=silver]This specific thing she was telling the truth to her father finally after all these years of running away after she got back from being kidnapped. Her idealistic beliefs were a way of her running away from the problems, responsibilities and everything that she thought was too easy for her.

Gregory heard this and was even more blown away, which meant that’s why she did all those bad decisions. It gave him a smile and hopefulness for her future. He knew she would have a future in NeoTokyo, since she was going to have be apart of the NSF by a contract from the Sun Corporation. However, he didn’t want to her to worry about that right this second. She had much to think about before she’s allowed to get her revenge that she is seeking.[/color]

[color=silver]The humiliation she feels as a ‘Waitress’ in the Guarri Ace Strip Club is terrible. She has to do awful demeaning things with the customers at the Guarri Ace Strip Club, it messes with her mood by much. However, the medication that she takes is constantly making her deal with what’s happening to her. It is slowly eating away at her because of the horribleness of Nobunaga Guarri’s pleasantries. She even has to [i]use[/i] her Penthouse for customers since he owns her and every single little thing she does. She had to deal with this torment until it ended because of the fact she went to the NSF. To finally get her revenge, even though she has to keep in contact with Nobunaga Guarri & her father throughout her service in the NSF.

She will hunt down every single person who took Naomi from this world since she didn’t deserve to die for a bad decision, which she made. Being in the Guarri Ace Strip Club, which is awful but she does deserve it for what she did to the Hattori Family. Her idealistic nature has finally ended because of the trauma of [i]serving[/i] people in the Guarri Ace Strip Club.[/color][/hider]

He is apart of the US Marine Corps. The lack of the proper decision making of his daughter Chelsea annoys him so. All the bad decisions is going to bite her in the ass one of these days as he tells her constantly.

Fiona Kayla O’Connell (54/Mother/Alive) 

The Halifax Corporation CEO. Fiona loves her two children equally, however is heavily disappointed in Chelsea’s decision making. She keeps out of her idealistic, optimistic daughter’s way to the least.

Silvia Riley O’Connell (20/Sister/Alive) 

Silvia is apart of the Halifaxian Guardians as her mother’s personal bodyguard. She constantly tells her sister Chelsea to put her money where her mouth is and show her family and her that she’s not a bad decision maker. The other thing is she always want an actual apology from Chelsea for believing what those cartel members were telling her. She almost died to her naivety, which made her deathly afraid to leave the Halifax Corporation’s Property at most times. Because of this quite hatred she always wanted Gregory & Fiona to disown Chelsea so she could have them for herself. Her sister seems like she doesn’t want to be apart of the family so get rid of her is the best way. However, her parents won’t cut ties with her sister no matter what. It isn’t enough for her, which she will never really forgive or forgot what her sister had done to make her not able to leave her household nor the Corporation.

Halifaxian Guardians

The Halifaxian Guardians are an organization within the Halifax Corporation, which is the corporation’s bodyguards. The leader of these guardians are Maxwell G. Stephan and he has two children who is trying to become really great guardians to replace their father in a dual union role. All of the Guardians are ex-military personnel, which take their job very seriously since they need to the O’Connell Family protected. However, there is a specific idealist and optimist that is making their life a living hell and that is Chelsea Riley O’Connell.


Maxwell Grant Stephan (Alive) 

He is the father to his son Roger and daughter Ceres. The Stephan family are best friends to the O’Connell, however. With his ex-military background he was able to rescue Chelsea & Silvia before the deadline was up. The gang, which kidnapped these two were called MS-32, which were at odds with MS-13. However, he was very disappointed that Chelsea willingly allowed herself and her little sister to be kidnapped.

Roger Arlington Stephan (Alive)

Roger is pretty much one of those straight arrows that make sure to always figure out the reasons for certain things. The MS-32 Situation was specifically suspicious and he has been investigating the whole situation. It was always odd the MS-32 Gang wanted specific oddities that makes no sense for a gang to want, which would require a large amount of man hours to get for their goals. However, the Halifaxian Guardians killed all responsible for what they were about to do to Chelsea & Silvia.

Ceres Winery Stephan (Alive/Friend) 

Ceres is Chelsea’s friend, however she knows not to get too close to Chelsea. It’s mostly because of her bad decision making might end up harming her friend more than she wants to see. Her father basically told her to only talk to her off duty as a friend, while on duty its mostly business.

The Hattori Family as a whole despises Chelsea R. O’Connell for their daughter’s death. Chelsea had the most important job within the V-Troopers was protecting Naomi Hattori, but failed in her assigned task by incompetence and drinking on the job. There was a contract already signed between the Sun Corporation and Nobunaga Guarri, which gives ownership to the latter of any and all failures within the V-Troopers. No one is allowed to [i]leave[/i] whatever establishment they choose when they are transferred to Nobunaga Guarri’s side. Nobunaga allowed Chelsea to go to the NSF since Akechi asked him to under the pretense of [i]after[/i] her completion of the task at hand she will return and finish her training. However, Akechi created a contract with the NSF to get Chelsea within the NSF to start repaying in full to get the murderers of Naomi. The stipulation of the contract was that 20% of her paycheck goes into the Naomi Fund, she won’t trespass on the Sun Corporation HQ, or the Hattori Family’s Home. However, she won’t be killed on sight even if she breaks the no trespass stipulation, which she’ll be moved off the premise via the V-Troopers.

The V-Troopers are allowed to support the NSF directly since they want revenge on the Jinrai for killing Naomi Hattori outside of the Sun Corporation’s HQ. They want to know how the Jinrai was able to trespass on Pro-NSF Corporation Property to kill Naomi. However, the V-Troopers aren’t allowed to talk to Chelsea while on joint operations with the NSF.

Akechi respects Gregory, which is the failure’s father that gave a large amount of money to the Naomi Fund. The Halifax Corporation and the Sun Corporation are working in a joint conjunction in creating multitude of weapons mixed with the two corporation’s values and philosophies in them. However, they only have gave Chelsea a single chance to not fail them. Akechi won’t be finishing the job since he gave that job to Nobunaga but not to kill her at least. Since the one thing that he was shocked about when he saw her was how beautiful Chelsea was.

Akechi Hattori (Friend’s Father/Alive)

Akechi is the head of the Hattori Family, which he runs the Sun Corporation & the V-Troopers that defend his assets, which include his daughter Naomi & his wife. He loved his daughter Naomi with all his heart but she was taken away from him. Chelsea was the biggest failure of the V-Troopers to ever exist, which caused him to create the Naomi Fund. The Naomi Fund is to look into the past and profile them correctly before they even join up with the V-Troopers to protect his assets, his wife or him. It is super thorough compared to their old Background Checking Software. He wanted to destroy the O’Connell Family’s Halifax Corporation because of Chelsea’s failure and incompetence. However, her father Gregory saved his daughter’s ass by giving him a large data file of information on Chelsea. Gregory didn’t want to have the Halifax Corporation & Sun Corporation to have a war on top of the war that is already happening in Japan. 

Akechi & Gregory came to an agreement with a large donation of 20 million yen to the Naomi Fund and cooling of relations. Akechi would still despise Chelsea for the rest of his life, however. For her utter failure, however, he decided to give Nobunaga Guarri a chance to destroy her a different way since he [i]did[/i] promise his people won’t kill Chelsea on sight. Humiliation at working at one of the Nobunaga Guarri’s Fine establishments. It only took a week for the transfer of Chelsea from the V-Troopers to Nobunaga Guarri’s Strip Club. This happened on the week of Naomi’s Funeral, which ended on Oct. 5th. She was out of Akechi’s hair, which is great. The Contract between the Sun Corporation & Nobunaga Guarri is a great boon for the latter.

Naomi Hattori (Date of Death: September 29, 2028 when she was 27 Years old – Friend/Dead)

Naomi Hattori was born in May 2, 2001, which makes her 5 years older than Chelsea. The Hattori Family is a long running family, which owns the Sun Corporation and the V-Troopers Organization. Naomi was 23 years old when she first met Chelsea because of a communication from her. It was because she wanted to meet to see if they could talk about certain things. However, Naomi felt completely sorry for Chelsea O’Connell being constantly a failure for her family. They were pretty similar in some cases. However, Naomi is an only child to her father Akechi Hattori. 

Naomi felt like she was more of than a friend to Chelsea and it only took the first meeting between them. The only reason why she felt as if she was a failure is different than Chelsea felt as a failure. It was because she was disallowed to marry Nobunaga Guarri because of her father’s advice in researching what he does. She was appalled in every ounce of her being, which made her completely not want to marry [i]any[/i] man. The only person she felt like she wanted to marry was Chelsea R. O’Connell to make her feel like she isn’t a failure. Her father Akechi’s corporation sells directly to the NSF, which is trying to get rid of the Jinrai in Japan. 

Before she died on Sept. 29th, 2028, which she asked Chelsea to come with her because she felt as if she was going to die and she was being stalked by someone that wanted her dead. Chelsea was heavily drinking and didn’t really look like she was able to keep standing and this broke Naomi’s heart big time. Naomi’s last words to Chelsea were, [i]’...I loved you Chelsea… I hope you kill yourself for your actions today. We are no longer engaged to be married.’[/i] She was brutally murdered in the Sun Corporation HQ’s Parking Lot, which wasn’t an awful sight. The culprit hasn’t been caught since the death of Naomi Hattori. The Sun Corporation HQ property is the most secured place ever, how could a Jinrai Nationalist Scumbag get in and kill Naomi.

The Guarri Family

Nobunaga Guarri

Nobunaga Guarri owns two establishments in the shadier part of NeoTokyo, which is the Guarri Ace Strip Club and the Guarri Queen Brothel. The Contract between him and the Sun Corporation helps him out via getting properly hot women to work for him after completely failing in the V-Troopers. He is direct friends to Akechi Hattori. He got access the largest failure in V-Trooper history, which happened on Oct. 5th, 2028. Chelsea was the finest specimen he got ever, which when he learned of what Akechi wanted him to do with her. He laughed, at least he did give her choice and she picked the Guarri Ace Strip Club to be apart of. Nobunaga was told to destroy her completely via any means necessary to make her pay for what she had done without killing her. He was happy that his plans finally succeeded in getting one of the O’Connell children even though he still wants Silvia too. He told his secretary to tell her when he saw himself being researched by a new arrival in NeoTokyo, it was when Chelsea first arrived in NeoTokyo when she was 18 years old.

His form of humiliation was different, which she would be shaped by him no matter what. However, he was sad to see her go to the NSF via another contract by the Sun Corporation. It was because she had to go to the NSF to payback the Jinrais for the death of Naomi. However, he found, which Penthouse she lived at. He was going to be her worst nightmare that she is still basically owned by him since no one who fails the Sun Corporation ever leaves his establishments. The NSF were a safe place for her until her usefulness is finished. 

Nobunaga hasn’t really cared for the war of NSF vs Jinrais as long as his establishments are used for proper entertainment and not a blood bath. He will ignore both sides, even though he’s friends to a Pro-NSF Corporation.

Oichi Yoshiaki (Nobunaga’s Secretary)

Oichi threatened Chelsea because she was researching her boss. However, she decided to keep this from Nobunaga Guarri since he would be furious at her for threatening a pretty young lady. It was that she knew that Chelsea wouldn’t join the Guarri Ace Strip Club willingly. Since that’s what Chelsea told her as much, however Nobunaga has his ways to get her to join no matter what. An American Heiress from California is a rare commodity to taste the sweet nectar of selling themselves for the first time.[/color][/hider]
