She views the world as a place needing to "lighten up", and she's just the little-pied prankster to lead the way, which is no doubt part of her efforts to disassociate herself from her own difficult childhood. But with this devil-may-care attitude, she doesn't give a thought about the consequences of her actions, nor the little wake of destruction she tends to leave behind. Binx seems to act upon things rather than think them through first. She's not much of a rule-follower, nor does she take commands from others lightly. While she's not malicious, the lack of discipline and mischievousness have made her a troublesome guest for anyone willing to take her in. Loud and not afraid to say what’s on her mind, Rockit is all about having fun 💥[/indent][/color][/center]

[color=C14025][b]Secret Origin[/b][/color]
[color=DF8E46][indent]💥 Binx is the only child of Beth [color=C14025][Spark][/color] and Rip [color=C14025][Rifle][/color] Dutton. Both parents are mutants though they didn't really pursue a heroes career. Instead opting to stay under the radar of most normmies. However, there was a time back in their prime that they would gallivant with other vigilantes - a lot of the time for the hell of it. Both Beth and Rip are volatile and abrasive, and can take their actions too far. Seen in their relationship quite often. Though, it all changed when they found out they were going to be parents. Or so one would think. Their strong personalities were definitely genetic seeing as how wild and free spirited Binx turned out to be. Just as aggressive and head strong too. There hardly was a time when Binx [i]wasn't[/i] in trouble for something or another; getting dragged back home in the back of a cop car or butting heads with her parents to the point that there were battle scars to take away from it all.

Binx came into her powers at the young age of 9, at least everyone else thought it was young. Her parents got into another fight. A classic move from the Dutton's. Beth was shit faced and instigating a fight, shoving her husband a half empty bottle of Jack in one hand and a lit cigarette in the other. Rip, never one to hit her, tried to hold her back, when Beth's hand that held the cigarette began to light up [color=C14025][her own mutant power].[/color] Binx tried to step between them but was thrown to the ground by her mother, a hand print burned onto her upper arm because of it. The next time she got up was when her powers awoke - she put her hand out to her mother to stop her, instead sending a blast of psionic energy into her chest. She collapsed and before she knew what was happening, Binx bolted.

Binx soon began to roam around from town to town just trying to survive until she came to where her cousin Tabitha lived. Someone who had a better grasp on the type of power she possessed. Tabitha was someone who could potentially help her harness and control her powers. And when she met up with her cousin, that's exactly what she did. Over the course of 10 years Binx' grasp over her powers only strengthened. She eventually surpassed her cousin and easily overpowered her within a few years of training. Due to her close proximity with her rambunctious and wild cousin, Binx picked up on her habits and adopted them as her own. Getting into and starting brawls, causing mayhem wherever she goes, all with a smile on her face. [/indent][/color]

Rockit usually uses small, but powerful, explosions to not only blast her opponents but to propel herself and navigate through the air as well. She can keep up her explosions long enough to break through obstacles for short while before being overwhelmed.[/color][/indent]

These [b]"time bombs"[/b] explode with concussive force, but the amount of concussive impact depends on the size of the bombs she creates — from smaller marble and palm-sized ones creating small pops typically akin to fireworks, to larger ones generating massive explosions. She can also reabsorb her time bombs if need be, and is immune to their explosive effects. [/color][/indent]

However, when she uses her powers in such a way she will cause harm to herself. She is also able to muffle the sound of the detonation to a limited extent and generate explosive energy as streams that respond to her thought directions.[/color][/indent]
