[indent] Johnny was born in New York to Luke Cage and Misty Knight. His early years were fairly normal for a kid. He took his first steps, lost his first tooth, drew a lot of pictures, and even won his first youth karate tournament. Oh yeah, then there was the fact that his Dad and Uncle Dan were superheroes. Luke Cage and Iron Fist from the legendary Heroes For Hire. His mom used to be part of it all too, but she stopped once he was born, and didn’t really want for him to be involved with it. His parents argued about it from time to time, never loud or angry at least around him. His mom usually got the last laugh in those matters though.

That is, until he got his abilities. See, though, his powers didn’t come from prison, like his dad, or from K’un-Lun like his uncle, he was apparently born with it. That meant he had to grow into them, which he did. In the beginning, they thought he just had really tough skin like his dad. Though, they learned that it was much more than that. Something dangerous enough that meant he had to move away from his home to K’un-Lun for the safety of his family and others. Although his mom was weepy eyed about it, she told him it would be best for him. So, that was where he spent the majority of his life; training under the Iron Fist and varying masters to master his own inner dragon.

After passing many trials, he came back to his home dimension. The goal in mind was to learn what it meant to be a hero as part of his journey. His hope was to gain inner peace and maybe even become the next Iron Fist. The mobius academy provided the perfect environment to do so. 

Jon was initially excited to be going back home. Though, things were much different now. He had two younger siblings now, a little sister and a little brother. Which was great, but...his Dad wasn’t around as much anymore. His mom didn’t smile as much. Something happened, and Johnny was gonna find out what.[/indent][hr]
[color=444EC7][b]Abilities[/b][/color]
[indent][i]Supernatural Martial Artist: Jon has been trained in his early years by Misty Knight, and further in the lands of K’un-Lun in varying martial arts. With Iron Fist as his direct teacher, his hand-to-hand prowess is fierce and versatile, with potential to be the greatest alive in that category in the future. 

Chi Manipulation: Johnny has the ability to manipulate Chi or the laten inner energy of all living creatures. Although trained humans can gain the potential to control their inner Chi, his mutant gene allows him to further this ability to supernatural levels. In which case, he can draw energy from Yin and Yang. 

Yin - The darker half invokes physical enhancements to himself through the use of Chi. This ability is most prominent in peak-humans, such as his mother. It enables him to become stronger, move faster, react quicker, enhance his senses, and enter the Zen Trance.

Yang - The light half of abilities enable him to use Chi externally for a variety of different effects. A sole user of chi in this regard, would be his mentor, the current Iron Fist. This allows him to construct varying shields or blasts of chi energy, most commonly his hands. He could also use it to enhance his punches and kicks in a similar way to the Iron Fist technique. When this ability is in use, a vibrant yellow aura radiates around his body, and his palms glow golden energy.

Zen Trance - His variation of the Zen trance enables him to heal from wounds, purge lethal poisons from his body, enable full body control, and even enter the astral plane in a form separate from his physical body.

The Sleeping Dragon - A mysterious state of being that triggers in stressful situations. It is considered to be directly correlated with his mutant abilities as a fight or flight condition. One can tell that he has entered this condition, due to the color of his eyes, becoming a clouded ash. In it, his physical capabilities far exceed his limits when consciously using his yin based techniques. His strength, durability, and his reflexes are buffed.[/i][/indent][hr]
[color=444EC7][b]Weaknesses:[/b][/color][indent]Johnny isn't more durable or any more enhanced than any other human when he doesn't invoke his Chi abilities. He is still a, albeit near peak condition, human that can be killed by conventional means.

He can only use one side of his Chi abilities at a time as Yin and Yang clash quiet violently in his mortal body. If he were to attempt to, he’d begin seizing and lose consciousness for several days. Further, his Yang abilities have only recently began to shine, thus he must learn to concentrate and gauge his stamina when using that side.

The astral form of his Zen trance requires much focus, leaves his physical body vulnerable, and whatever happens to him on the astral plane, affects his physical body. Furthermore, his training in K’un-Lun was designed to suppress the Sleeping Dragon, not control it. Yet, it is still very much a part of him will surface regardless of circumstance.
