The star F-Zero racer is here to throw down! He's slaughtered Johnny Cage, temporarily dunked Chrom out of the Smash roster, and has made other Nintendo characters tremble in fear of his awesome might! When you hear a roaring race-ship engine speeding at you to the tune of Mute City, prepare yourself, the Captain's coming for you![/s] The picture tells you pretty much everything you need to know. Standing at a menacing seven feet with his muscles begging to rip his suit apart, Michael is one to strike fear into the hearts of his enemies. When he takes his helmet off, he looks strikingly similar to Arnold Schwarzenegger. He sounds like a Saturday-morning cartoon protagonist when he isn't angry and a Golden Era wrestler (the flamboyant type) when he is. Personality: One could describe Michael as someone thoroughly washed-out. His glory days are long over, and he feels the weight of them from time to time. He tries to build himself up as a responsible and by-the-book man of the law, but fails and ends up looking awkward because he's a fighter, not an actor. He always tries to look for peaceful solutions to problems, usually by flaunting his position as a Space Trooper. This also often fails, because he's a fighter, not a diplomat. Sometimes, though, cracks in his facade appear, and he returns to his old self: a self-aggrandizing, shit-talking, heavy-eating womanizer. It fully breaks down when he's in the middle of battle with someone he considers to be above him in terms of strength or technique. Deep inside, though, he just wants to be a family man. History
Michael was born on a distant planets inhabited by a wide variety of aliens. He did not know who his parents were. All he knows is that he found himself in a dingy orphanage run by former criminals who just wanted to live quiet lives. Sure, they were really good hustlers, but had no idea how to run an orphanage. This put everyone there in debt and made Michael's early life a giant wreck. The streets outside had all sorts of criminals. Drug dealers, con men, gangsters, you name it. Groups of these criminals would fight for territory and left countless buildings and roads drenched in blood. Michael hated how everyone treated each other like trash and grew a strong sense of justice at an early age. This mostly lead to him getting beaten up often. His devotion to strengthening himself persisted, however, and he pushed beyond his limits, becoming the strongest around. After a couple years of training, he went and destroyed all of the gang leaders. When a police organization named the Space Troopers formed on a nearby planet, Michael immediately signed up. The organization was founded by people who believed that justice shouldn't be enforced by disorganized groups of warriors (like the Z Fighters) and that a bureaucracy should be founded to keep track of criminals. They at first gladly accepted Michael because they needed manpower, as they had advanced capsule technology but lacked what would be ultimately to enforce the law: brute force. They immediately regretted their decision when Michael began blowing up criminal headquarters everywhere and causing trillions of Zeni in collateral damage. He has brash, irreverent, and unforgiving: the ideal Cowboy Cop. Everyone, whether they followed the law or not, feared that one day Michael would appear under their beds and skewer them with his bare hands if they even littered. At one point, his superiors called him out, and Michael defiantly handed over his badge in true anti-hero fashion, along with a few other cops tired of being pushed around. He and his motley gang of do-gooders traveled from planet to planet and enforced their own brand of justice. At one point, corporations and governments alike got tired of Michael running them into the ground and used every connection and asset they had to put an end to him. They declared him a criminal and hired all the Saiyan mercenaries they could to put him in a corner. They expected Michael to fight them all and eventually get obliterated. What they didn't expect was him offering to work again for the Space Troopers to clear the names of his friends. Michael is now a tired old man who issues speeding tickets to anyone who passes by the Space Trooper headquarters.
Techniques

Ki Blast - The basic bread and butter of anyone familiar with Ki manipulation. Ki blasts can be fired rapidly or charged up to deal more damage.
Hellzone Grenade - Piccolo's signature technique. The user fires several energy spheres and controls them until they reach the target, then makes them explode. This variation of Hellzone Grenade allows Michael to either move the spheres towards and apart each other or in one direction as a clump.
Purgatory Missile - Michael charges up his ki and moves in a burst then hits his opponent. This attack allows him to go at least ten times his regular flight speed and ends with a very powerful blow.
Hell Raiser - Michael unleashes a massive spherical torrent of ki that levels his opponents along with the ground around them. This can either come from his own body, or a charged ki attack. This is Michael's strongest attack, and it often causes massive damage to his surroundings. However, it is also his most draining one, and repeated use of it can quickly make him tired. I might be a bit too into smash.

Changes and Other Notes The Space Troopers are out there, but they don't operate in further parts of the galaxy. This is because they lack the power needed to enforce their laws over wider areas. They won't have much bearing on any arc or saga unless allowed to. Michael's mother is a scientist who made a shoddy (ehehehe) copy of Kami's ship and by some curse of fate crashed it into a trade planet populated by many different aliens. He was picked up as a baby. He also isn't half-saiyan anymore, much to the objection of the munchkin within me. I swear this is going to be the last "tough guy that has softened up and isn't tough anymore but still kinda tough" character I'm going to make.
