Pretty much, though I am considering making the scale 20 so it breaks down more like this (assuming the stats we are looking at are strength): 1: Morbidly weak 2-3: Has trouble standing up in a strong breeze 4-5: Visibly weak 6-7: Difficulty pushing objects that are their own weight 8-9: Difficulty lifting heavy objects for long periods of time 10-11: Can lift heavy objects for a short period and can stay standing for several hours without break 12-13: Can perform physical labor for half a day without a break 14-15: Visibly toned and can carry heavy objects with one arm 16-17: Muscular. Can break wooden objects with bare hands and raw strength 18-19: Heavily muscular. Can perform the work of several men with ease 20: Pinnacle of strength [@Yankee]
