A young woman was sitting on a bench in the zoo, where her class had gone for a field trip. She was reading, and sets her book down to stretch. As she starts to stand, she notices someone else had begun to look at and touch her books. “Excuse me, I don’t remember you asking me for permission to touch my books.” The culprit ignores her and keeps reading. She approaches the other student: a tall, lanky male who would not leave her alone. “Give me the book,” she sighs. “Mm.. no. Shh I’m reading.” The male covers his smirk with the book; this young woman never fights. The young woman huffs and approaches him. “Put the book down,” her voice is low and quiet with anger. “Or what your gonna make me?” The young man glances up from the book. “Yes,” the girl nods. “Oh I’d like to see you try, Ellie.” The young woman, Ellie, kicks the male in the shin, wrenches her book out of his hand, and slaps him across the face with it. “And that’s for cheating on Chelsei.” Ellie grins faintly as the male saunters off, and then she jumps slightly when a crocodile seems to appear in front of her, and again when a crocodile from the exhibit behind her nudges her with his snout. Her eyes widen and she starts to back away, when she sees a jade amulet in it’s mouth. The crocodile bows his head, and the amulet is in the exhibit in front of her. Ellie tentatively takes the amulet and puts it on, seemingly urged on by the crocodile. ‘Your a weird one. Who fights for a book? Jacob certainly wouldn’t.’ Ellie gasps and stumbles backwards. “Wha.. who?.. how?..”
