Pestilence had the ability to devour any organic matter. As long as it contains Life energy she can absorb it, withering the entity afterwards. Her ability allows her to extend her own life and regenerate lost limbs though the consumption of flesh. 

She also has the ability to consume the material Subject 2 seems to be made of, proving that it is indeed organic in nature. On nonorganic substances, she applies a steady level of entropy to them, through either erosion, corrosion, decay or in the case of Incident 4, an extra normal smoke that dissolved steel, though this is found in her blood.

A second ability she has is to transfer diseases and poisons from body to body. She can "absorb" a disease from one of her targets and give it to another through touch. She is also immune to diseases and poisons herself.

Slow start: Unless she has recently fed, Pestilence is slow due to having been under the effect of Fenriir's chains. Her mind is slowly healing from the damage.

[b]Brief History:[/b]
Once a renowned scientist, after the explosion Kira found herself facing off against several MPD agents trying to bring her in. She consumed them, leaving husks of flesh that Fenriir used to save her from the second wave. She joined the Church with Atom, though due to her accidental contact with Fenriir's chains, has lost her mind and regressed to a childlike state though with every being she co sumes she regains her lost mind.
