Only in certain ways that don't entirely matter unless things go wrong. Bronze weapons are more resistant to the effects of sea water compared to regular steel, but aren't as sturdy. Weapons made of materials from the sea, such as shell or horn, are also resistant to the rigors of the sea. But aside from that they're statically similar, and elven weapons are simply an aesthetic and have no mechanical benefits or flaws compared to say, dwarven or orc made. Now perhaps certain merchants would pay more for elven weapons, but some might also pay less. Humans for example would pay double for an elven longsword, but an dwarf might not even buy it. So on and so forth.

Generally speaking if you're selling them wholesale to your local fence, they don't really care about the specific quality as long as it's functional. You won't be getting it at market value (aka you sell at 1/3 it's value on the table) but they also don't ask any questions about where you got them, how you have so many, or whatever. Hell they could be counterfeit and if they don't realize it, that's the fence's problem.
