The Wiki describes that most Overlords are at minimum level 80 or higher, buuuuuuut since this is already stemming far and away from canon anyways, I see no problem with him being like a variant Overlord that specializes in Martial skills. Maybe Death Knight instead, as a more fitting title for it?
