Clothing Style: She loves expensive things - however they don't ever look expensive. Ryn is very much a punk, goth, rocker vibe type of aesthetic. Mash that with some expensive, high fashion names and you have Ryn Raske. Even collaborating with some specific brands for her own line of clothing.

very much the extrovert - not as much as her twin, but still there - what with her natural charismatic charm; the party always seems to gravitate towards her. Though, for the most part, Ryn likes to stick to herself, be in the company of people she actually likes - not that there's many - but rubbing elbows with the finest only helps her in gaining others' trust and eventually their dirty little secrets.

Ryn was taught from a young age to be calculating in every thing she did, to think numerous steps beyond her opponent so that she would never be caught with her pants down - so to speak. Due to this, Ryn is the most forward thinking of her siblings, seeming to have taken after her father bit by bit. Cool, distant and wicked is often used in the same sentence when one speaks about the princess in the dark corners of safety throughout Dredalan. Which happens to be best for them, cause if she were to hear, she'd only make sure to add on to that list they so lovingly whisper.

What a lot of people don't see, or even know about when it comes to Maerny, is the fact that she is quite manic. She is prone to flying into episodes when more... dastardly events take place and she is in the midst of said event. Ryn happens to adore all the techniques of extraction that are used to gain information from others and the high that it brings. Her twisted mindset is exquisitely well hidden from the prying eyes of the royals and riche. Only those so unlucky enough to be caught at the tip of her blade get to witness her psychopathic bloodlust.

There is only one other [sibling] who matches her in every way and who shares in a lot of her similarities and that would be her newly discovered half brother; Myrheon.

Of her siblings, she is the most disciplined. Though that really isn't saying much. Cause even Ryn has her own vices that she can't seem to shake - no matter the amount of training she's received. For her, the act of inflicting pain on others grants her a high that she is always chasing. Not only that but it substitutes itself as an art form to her - art of extracting, typically, important information from someone and to top it all off she is literally gaining a reward for doing so. The adrenaline rush is something she's always looking for and she does find it.

Maeryn is willing to adapt to new situations and environments, however she prefers not to. Especially if it wasn't planned or she had no idea of the change beforehand. She likes to be prepared when going in to any situation. And being caught off guard is a no go in her books. Her twin, Rhys, and youngest brother, Ris, however thrive in the ever changing situations. "It's never dull" is something they like to remind her of. To some extent that's true, but it doesn't change how she feels if she has a goal in mind and then all of a sudden it has now changed completely.

One of Maeryn's most dangerous attributes is the fact that she is manipulative to no extent. Using all that charisma to get in close, make one divulge their secrets - so effortlessly and offhandedly at that - she takess what she's gathered and uses it to make the person do or say whatever she wants. Ryn likes to think that this can happen in the span of a few hours - but let's be realistic. She is in no way a match for her twin who's far better at the extraction through charismatic ways. Though they do share a love of trying to out do one another. A feat she has yet to succeed at and one that rubs her the wrong way.

There was however, one point, she remembers well - she was able to extract information out of a local politician about a coup that was going to take place and overthrow her family. More specifically, a poisoned wine to go around the family's table at the ending of a weekend long festival. Ryn was able to butter him up and gain the information she needed on top of his private safe's combination all in the span of day. A long day, but a day nonetheless. Ryn is exceptionally proud of that moment and lord's it over her brother's head.

Maeryn was born a mere 15 seconds after her twin and thus her life began. She was never the favorite child - at least of her mother, but she shone in her father's eyes. Ryn expressed an interest in his work and therefore, as Rhys was being groomed to rule over the kingdom, Ryn was being trained to take over the prized business of the House of Raske.

Growing up in lavish homes, with servants and anything she could want - she grew up spoiled. As most do. Though she never really saw herself that way. She had few friends growing up, not a lot of families, royal or not, wanted to be on the bad side of the Raske family; so they never came around unless necessary. She had her siblings of course, and for the most part she was close with them - she kinda had to be, and then there were her cousins from her mother's side. Ryn already didn't get along with her own mother and so the relationship with her cousins was... forced. Eventually, seeing as how there weren't a lot of options for friends she grew to not be too picky. That didn't stop them from fighting and pranking one another often.

As she grew into a beautiful woman, her mother pressed to find suitors. It worked well for the eldest daughter, it would do Ryn some good too. Ryn was positive it was just to get rid of her from the Raske home. However, even though her father agreed he didn't do anything to further the search. Instead continuing to use her and work with her with the extractions of secrets. And she's damn good at it.

Upon a routine... "job" information was obtained about another child of Merrick Raske. Ryn took the information to her father who neither confirmed or denied it and took off. When he returned he brought back with him the man who they would all come to find out is in fact their half brother. Very strange and quite intimidating, Ryn sought to learn more about him only to come to find out that they are eerily similar. And thus a strange relationship began with them.

Rhys and the others do not seem to like nor trust him and have kept him at an arm's length. Rhys has tried many times to explain his reasonings to Ryn, though she ignores them.
