If he's our healer then I'll probably use him as an NPC later on to help cure the melted people who can still be saved. We won't kill him off and when you get a more set schedule, assuming the game keeps up the momentum, you can come back. I just started my new job a few weeks back so I understand the mess and aggravation that can cause.

On a side note, Shockwave is deaf and mute? Did I miss something in the CS [actually just reread the bio and realized I only read about half originally]? 

I think after his stay in the hospital, you should give him like a psychological handicap where his being deaf and mute is because of the trauma and affecting his powers in a way that he can't turn his voice and ears back 'on'. He's still young enough to not have mastered his abilities completely. He's more of a physical badass. I really enjoyed that first post.
