[@Duthguy] The main issue with summoning is the summon's origin. This world is very strict on how things get in or out. If anything could be summoned at will, then it would give the champions power over the world, which the world does not like. If the summon 'lives' within a piece of equipment, however, then it's not breaking the world boundaries to enter the physical space.
