He wanted to kill her, to watch the life fade from her body just as she had callously ordered the death of his father. He was going to avenge him - as well as finally be at peace with those five hellish years on Krakoa that the Sisterhood had unknowingly sentenced Arthur to. He probably would have been better off dead. A few moments after Andrew managed to knock him backwards, the door opened up and one of the X-Factor team came through, the Nightingale. He couldn't afford fighting an entire superhero team, especially when she was flanked by Belladonna, Sapphire, and Mercury. "He's all yours," he told them. He had gotten the information from Andrew that he could and he had no reason to fight the X-Factor team. He knew that they wouldn't know anything on where the Red Queen was - he doubted they even knew who he was and why he had come all this way. Pulling a grappling arrow from his quiver, he aimed up into the hallway and hit his mark perfectly, using the grappling line to make a speedy exit out of the room, going over the heads of the X-Factor team. Tangoing with them would just complicate things. He doubted they would approve of his methods anyways - they were superheroes, they didn't kill, it was part of their code. There were a few more doors past the one he had just come from and Arthur moved to the very last one, quietly placing his ear up against it to listen. There didn't seem to be anyone inside of it, so he opened it up softly. It was some sort of medical room and the most prominent feature was the corpse on the bed - an older man. There was a filing cabinet as well and he moved over to it swiftly. He gave a tug on one of the drawers and discovered that it was locked.

⚡John Watts⚡

Location: Big Bad HQ - Lowest Level: Hallway -> Machine Room Skills: Perception, Bioengineering, Molecular Oscillation
Watts had ignored Belladonna's posturing, not caring if her feelings were hurt over his actions. He had taken care of the situation, end of story. Battles weren't like games where everyone got to take a turn and call dibs on a certain target - they were real conflicts where people could very easily die. There just wasn't time for childishness. He hurried into the room along with Evelyn, ready to knock out the mysterious emerald archer, especially given the arrow in Andrew, but the archer must have been a secret acrobat as he flew over their heads and left. A quick inspection showed that Andrew just had an arrow in his shoulder, but otherwise he was fine - and he was alive. The weight of the guilt over Andrew's death vanished from Watts' shoulders. "Don't whine, this will hurt," Watts told Andrew, before attempting to pull the arrow from his shoulder. The arrow broke and the arrow head remained imbedded inside of him. Thinking on his feet, Watts began to quickly vibrate the molecules in his hand and he reached into Andrew's shoulder, grabbed the arrowhead, and he then phased back on out, arrowhead in hand. Moving quickly, he then bandaged up Andrew's shoulder to slow the bleeding. "We'll need to disinfect the wound once we're back on the jet, you'll also likely end up needing stitches and it will scar," he warned. He hadn't told Andrew that he was glad to see him alive or anything of the sort - and Watts likely never would.
