so to your fully evolved pokemon question yes if a pokemon has three stages of evolution. you can only have three of them. if your pokemon evolution has a baby form. it does not count as a three-stage pokemon evolution. I'm sorry for the confusion. the rule of 2 pokemon was a typo on my part. I'll quickly change it. you don't need a legendary, I will change the legendary optional in case people wish to not have one. for your third question: yes, you can have newer pokemon if you wish
