I think to keep from using Plex as my go-to hero for games where I think a multiple-man could be useful [in Legion I have a speedster/multiple-man], and since we're in Engine City... I think I want to write Plex out as an NPC and maybe use him as an enemy under different circumstances. But I'll let his network of duplicates still be an information highway for anyone who needs it in-game. I came up with somebody I think is cool and like a mix of the Flash and Green Lantern....

Fastlane can run around the world in roughly two and a half days at a top speed of over half the speed of sound at 390 mph. Just over a mile in ten seconds. On top of this, he has the ability to absorb solar energy and convert it into creating yellow tinted hard light construct bridges, roads, railroad or trolley tracks, etc. in case of roads or bridges and tracks going out or there being some huge accident during a larger scale battle with a superhuman criminal. He can also use the power to make himself a road or track to run over water with, or into the air. It's like giving a kid the power to make Hot Wheels playset tracks life sized but instead of driving a car being fast enough to run on foot through them...
