With only 3 months in, his place would still be in the surveying stage with hopefully a quick conversion once he found a failed lot that could house his shenanigans. At least the first few days would be Reno getting to know the community before he decided to try and turn at least a portion of it upside down. Part of that would be getting to know the enemy (but on a much less intense scale then the term implies), which would mean visiting the local competition, identifying potential personnel, and making sure there was a demand for what he had to offer.
