As for getting all five stats to 2 digits, I assume you mean without using the shop or plat/ruby coins? It's probably possible. You'd need to get a really good [s]re-[/s]roll. All of your perks would need to be stat orientated, and you'd probably either need to be a monster girl or a dark weapon girl. I can't really be bothered to run the numbers myself.
