Ah crap I just realized I didn't type my first post correctly. I meant a character who's a native resident of the Outside but whose physiology prevents them from entering or interacting with existence. Either way the only use would [I]maybe[/I] be as a chronicler of sorts who gathers data on various existences before they're eliminated or something.
