The GM's have decided to close character applications for Rosefell High at this time. 

If you have a reserved character that has yet to be made/approved, you can still post them in the OOC for review. 

[@SamaraJayne96] [@twannyman] are the only people that are allowed to make characters that have not be reserved, as they have expressed interest before this time.
