[@CrystalLD] Here's my finished guild. I'll probably add more as thing's go on, but this is the basic gist of it. Took me a bit to think out how I wanted the Orare to work though. Internally anyway. To this end the Watchers have a sub sect within their ranks that monitors and handles misuses of time magic out in the world. Referred to as Orāre, these specialized members use various forms of divination to gaze into Vrenorza in order to locate mages who may be abusing their powers over time. Once the targets have been found, the Orāre will contact the individual personally and advise them to exercise caution when manipulating time. Should the individual in question refuse to do so, however, they will be... dealt with. Origin: Disgusted by the terrible loss of both life and information brought about by the War Of Eternal Hunger, these remnants of the formerly united Draetorin Empire built a great machine fueled by pure mana and used it to tear open a portal to another plane of existence called Aroth, where they then relocated; but not before using this same device to initiate a self destruct sequence that would not only sink the island it was on but send out an arcane shockwave as well. A shockwave that would tear across the planet, permanently deactivating or destroying all magitech used by the Empire and plunging its inhabitants into a technological dark age in the hope that another such conflict, one that poisoned the sea and rent the land, would never happen again. Judging from the world's current state, it seems they were successful. Center of Operation
The Athenaeum A city sized library staffed by autonomous mana crystal powered dragonfly-like drones referred to as Indexes, and defended by several hundred Draetorin combat automata-or Prætoriani-the Athenaeum is split up into three different rings, the center of which houses the Watchers immortal leaders along with several sleeping quarters, training grounds, workshops for the engineers, food storage and preparation area's, etc; while the other two are devoted entirely towards information storage. Speaking of information storage, rather than using books or scrolls that can rot away over time, the Watchers employ coal colored metal cubes with crimson highlights called Codex's that are capable of having information transcribed onto them via Oculari-palm sized bronze spheres covered in arcane etchings-the standard recording device used by all Watchers out in Vrenorza. It is also here that the most advanced of Draetorin magitech resides, keeping the great city-library suspended in the middle of a massive sinkhole at the center of the realm into which the infinite sea drains. In order to travel to and from the Athenaeum, Quaerens-men and women whose mission is to venture out into Vrenorza to gather knowledge and supplies-use Porta; magical gauntlets traditionally worn on the right hand, underneath a sleeve or other such article of clothing. Powered by mana crystals, like much of the technology they employ, the device has three primary buttons that control its three main functions. The first button acts as the main way of recharging the device. Holding a mana crystal in the hand on which the glove is worn, the user would then press the purplish button on its right side to initiate the energy siphoning process. Once this is done, the crystal will have either shrunk significantly-as energy was drained-or vanished entirely if all its energy reserves have been used up. In regards to the other two buttons, each one serves an individual purpose. The one closest to the wearers elbow transports them back to a designated arrival room in the Athenaeum, while the one closer to the users hand sends them to a random location in Vrenorza, generally the outskirts of a well known city or some other such remote place. It should be noted that these gloves can be destroyed as well and rendered as useless as they would be if they had ran out of charge. On the opposite side of this however, the Orāre use standard portal magics as they are trained to rely on it more than anything else. Quaerens, however, are far too varied in terms of personal skills in order for this to be an effective means of transport, hence the need for Porta. Additionally, the Athenaeum is powered by one of the last supermassive mana crystals, an object referred to by the Watchers as the Cordis Ex Vis. The energies given off by this large form of crystalized magical essence is what powers its engines, letting it float effortlessly in the midst of Aroth's raging seas. Its history unknown, and even the Watchers have not yet figured out just who or what made this place, nor who may or may not have inhabited it before them. Sects
(Their flag is an open golden eye at the center of a gold hourglass on a black field) Common Saying: "Tick tock goes the clock, counting down the hours. Should man or beast interfere, they'll find us there with all our powers." Perhaps one of the most powerful of the three groups that compose, and equally important, the Orāre are in charge of monitoring the world and its timeline for potential abuses of chronomancy, a task they undertake from their lofty perch within the Observārum-at the center of which lies the Eye of Aion, a crystal sphere encased in metal lattice work which allows them to peer through both space and time-with the utmost solemnity. In order to accomplish this monumental goal, they have two main sub ranks-Aeons and Scryers respectively-both of which are highly skilled in the use of time magic, that branch out from the initial rank of Neophyte. The initial rank is that of Neophyte, where the learner will undergo years of training in a specialized time loop to master the magic being taught to them, before being removed from the loop and placed under the charge of an available Aeon or Scryer depending on their actions while in said loop. After this short period of mentorship, the Neophyte will then become a fully fledged Aeon, an agent of the sect whose job it is to actually go out and deal with temporal infractions, or a Scryer, whose job it is to stay within the Observārum and use the Eye of Aion to find said infractions, depending on the status of whom they trained under.

(Their flag is the black winged key as seen on the primary banner in the middle of a grey field) Common Saying: "Knowledge and wisdom, wisdom and knowledge. In our domain, they're all the same." The main bulk of operatives sent into Vrenorza, the Quaerens are arguably the most important of all sects within the Watchers, being the one's who gather knowledge most often with their Codex's and Oculari. Given their versatile nature as a group, they don't really have many ranks and any new recruits that are taken from Vrenorza on rare occasions-since all members of the organization have their ability to age past a certain point removed via chronomacy-are generally given a brief orientation before being sent off to gather information underneath the supervision of a more experienced Quaeren until it becomes apparent that they can handle themselves while out and about. As for their gear, they generally carry whatever they had with them upon being taken to Aroth for the first time, in addition to some gold to spend on any items they may need, an Oculari, Codex, and of course a Porta.

(Their flag is the black gear as seen on the primary banner, but in the middle of a crimson field) Common Saying: "Mana, brass, and blood. Let the magic flow, and watch the clockwork go." While not technically considered to be a 'sect', the Artificers-or remnants of the Imperial Engineering Corp rather-are the one's responsible for creating all the various magitech devices employed by the Quaerens and even the Orāre, and as such deserve a mention here. One of the most notable examples of their craft is the Observārum, (Not exactly as pictured), the device they use to detect manipulations of time within Vrenorza and around which their headquarters are centered. Their ranks are as follows from lowest to highest: Apprentice, Craftsman, Master Craftsman, and Artificer.
