Alias - Fastlane
Age - 22
Powers - super speed of 390 mph, a little over a mile in ten seconds; enhanced healing; the suit provides solar energy absorbsion leading into creating hard light construct roads, bridges, tracks, etc...
Weaknesses - while he heals about ten times faster than a regular human, Mal has problems healing from more serious injuries. If his bones break he needs to set them quickly before they heal wrong, same goes for anything more than a flesh wound that would involve surgery. His powers also greatly depend on how much he eats and drinks [he HAS to stay hydrated] as well as absorbing sunlight as often as possible. 
Personality - impulsive, street-smart, honorable

BRIEF Bio - Mal was your average 18 year old until he took a trip to the lake with some friends one night after school his senior year at Thomas Sweeney High School. After a lightning storm poured through Engine City the final bolt of lightning struck the water leaving an odd smoke coming off of it. After dipping his feet in the water for half the night after passing out following some under aged drinking, Mal woke with super speed. After coming into contact with fellow speedster albeit a lot shorter Richard "Tyke" Bartlett, Mal met Dr. Theodore Hall who developed the hard light construct tech and solar energy absorbing/processing suit. Coming up with the Fastlane identity, Hall let Mal test the suit over the last six months however he was one of the people in Carter Hills during the incident. Hall's safety and wherabouts are unknown. But Fastlane will do everything in his power to help with the survivors. 
Notes - Mal has done occasional vigilante work the last few years as a blur in the human eye, he's been Fastlane for roughly six months in-costume. Notable monuments in Engine City include Battery Park, Engine City Speedway [ECS for short], Jefferson Heights, Warpath River, Engine City Technical Community College, Thomas Sweeney High School, etc...
