Personality: La'Kais is a very driven Tau as well as being particularly dedicated to the greater good. He takes his duty very seriously. A firm believer he has a fascination with the other races of the empire, the Gue'vesa in particular as he can be found speaking with them on occasion during his free time. While many of his sept are Considered highly aggressive, La'Kais is considered even more so due to his dedication and drive. Often considered a oddity La'Kais takes a sort of primal pleasure in close in combat, much to many other Tau dismay. While many Tau may not care about family units, La'Kais has a great love for his family

History: La'kais has had a very common life, he is the eldest child of Shas'ui Vior'la 'Kais Mont'yr. Like all other Fire caste he was destined from birth to be a warrior. As a youth his father brought him to see some of the Gue'vesa train.  As part of their training he got to witness several Gue'vesa train in hand to hand combat. For reasons he couldn't understand, he couldn't help but be fascinated by the Gue'vesa and their hand to hand combat. As he continued to watch them train he began to study then, their tactics,culture and language. How they valued their families, how they supported the greater good but yet seemed oddly independent of it. 

Skills: uncharacteristically good at close combat, though by many other races he is but novice level. Medical training, beginner Low Gothic.
