She was born into the Niijima family, the richest family in Green Hills, the city across the lake from Meadow Ridge institute. Her parents had their children later on, after they’d already built their fortune and sold their company to retire in the sleepy town of Green Hills, where they would raise their children together. Izumi has never had to want for anything, having it readily available to her and her siblings since birth. Unfortunately, this has led to her being a bit entitled.
