Kade is very handsome, standing 5'11" in height with a well-built, toned physique. Kade has a fair complexion with olive undertones, a strong bone structure with high cheek bones and a well maintained beard to compliment. he has a sleeve tattoo on his right arm, and a tattoo on his back. He has black hair that can appear somewhat blue under the moonlight, usually styled in a casual gelled suave with parts covering his forehead. With striking, intense light green eyes contrasting wonderfully against darkened lashes and eyebrows, he can be described as relatively athletic, tall, and strong. What people notice first when they look at Kade, are how tired and sad his eyes look, even when he smiles. Being able to use his good looks to his advantage more than a few times, he often struggles with inducing the concern of others when the look of misery takes over his face. Kade often dresses in a very business casual type of attire, even when hunting, which helps him blend into the background and go unnoticed by paranoid vampires.[/color]

[color=gray]Kade once had a wife who he loved dearly, but ever since losing her he has found himself incapable of loving another person the same way again. He has had the occasional one night stand both with men and women, but those encounters were completely devoid of any type of romance. The only type of love that he still holds on to is the love he has for his 7 year old daughter, Emily, who he had to leave behind with her aunt in New York in order to give her a chance at a normal life. Every few months he tries to visit, but as time goes by, Emily's aunt, his late wife's sister, welcomes him less and less. Professionally, Kade has connections with different groups of hunters and with a few covens, who often hire him to do a dirty deed for them. With these valuable relationships, Kade has access to important information and tools that aid him in his hunt.[/color]

★ Kade likes to talk, a lot. In fact, you could say it's what he's best at, aside from shooting his colt. Hes the type of person to walk into a room, and learn all he needs to about everyone in it, simply by talking and leading the conversation to his desired resolution. This charismatic front, of course, is just a front. Kade is not the type to finish talking before pulling the trigger. He often uses conversations as a distraction, and finds that his targets rarely expect to be shot mid conversation, especially when Kade is the one talking. 
★ Those who don't enjoy talking the way Kade does, often find him to be annoying. However, whenever a rude quip is thrown at him in order to get him to shut up, he always has a clever response ready. But this annoying, non stop talking facade is what he puts out professionally. If he is in the company of friends, people he trusts, the things that come out of his mouth bare much more meaning, and he suddenly appears to appreciate silence so much more.
★ Kade suffers from depression, which can be often seen through his eyes, even when he puts on a charismatic facade. He self medicates a lot, and often seeks the help of whiskey to drown his sorrows. When Kade smokes, it's usually a sign of him trying to bury a negative thought deep into the unconscious mind. This is seen as a serious weakness against manipulative vampires, who use his depression against him. 
★ When it comes to vampires, Kade has no sympathy, no remorse. He is cunning, and ruthless, and often executes his targets in broad daylight, blending into the busy crowd moments before the panic spread. 
Kade has a talent when it comes to children. They all like him and listen to him, a skill he gained while raising his daughter.

[b]H I S T O R Y[/b]
★ Born and raised in New York by a single father, Kade was groomed to inherit his father’s business being a… Shoe Cobbler. Sure, that doesn’t sound all that exciting, but it was a successful business in its own right. New York, inhabited exactly by the type of people to fund such a business, was the perfect place for them to operate it in. So, from 9 to 5 Kade spent his days fixing shoes, and the only thing that helped him keep his sanity was knowing that after he was done at the shop, the bar across the street was waiting for him. Everyone at that bar knew him well, as he was a daily visitor there, drinking until he could not stand up straight. Somehow, however, he never seemed to suffer a hangover. 
★ One day, when Kade was 22 years old, a girl named Mia Sanchez has entered the bar with her sister Leah, and when Kade saw her, he had no idea that this girl is to one day become his wife. Another thing that Kade did not know at the time, was that Mia and her sister were witches, part of the hedge coven in New York. It was on top of the empire state building when Mia has introduced Kade to the supernatural world. In such an unlikely scenario already, as they were up there all alone, she performed a show of lights to amaze him.  One day on that same year, Kade’s father fell gravely ill. Mia, despite only recently meeting Kade, had been a huge support for him as his father eventually succumbed to his illness. 
★ At 23 years old, Kade purposed to Mia. He had fallen so deeply in love with her, the world simply did not make sense if it was not to be spent any living moment with her. The two got married in a ceremony that welcomed the union of a human and a witch, despite her sister’s dislike to Kade. After a few months, Mia announced that she was pregnant.
★ At 24 years old, Kade had become a father to Emily Wilson. Mia’s coven insisted that Emily be raised as a witch, but Kade refused and insisted that Emily should get to live a normal human life, and to his surprise, Mia agreed. 
★ One day, 3 days before Emily’s 5th birthday, Kade had received a call from Leah, who was worried for Mia. It turned out that the Coven was in conflict with the New York vampire clan, and that things have begun to get very heated between them. The city knew the conflict as the “Heart Thief Killings”, thinking it to be a serial killer on the loose. But in reality, the vampires set out to rip out the hearts of witches and lay them around the city as a gesture of dominance. Mia was among the victims. 
★ There aren’t enough words in the dictionary to explain the kind of rage that Kade was experiencing. Leah, also heartbroken, encouraged Kade’s thirst for revenge, and helped him forge a weapon that would assist him in avenging Mia. 
★ From Mia’s blood, Leah forged the Colt Buntline, a long-barreled army revolver with magical properties that will help kill vampires efficiently. In the barrel, Leah laid a curse, and any wound inflicted by this gun would not be susceptible to healing through supernatural means. Which means that vampires shot by this gun would suffer the same way humans would. As a delightful bonus, the revolver would lightly vibrate when in the presence of vampires, allowing its wielder to always know when a potential target is at reach. 
★ It was Kade who wiped out the entire New York clan. His marksmanship was mastered in such a short amount of time. Perhaps he lost some of his humanity, which allowed him to become the killing machine that he is. But his thirst for killing vampires was not satisfied, not even close. Knowing that more of them exist out there, he knew his new calling is never going to be fulfilled. 
★ For the next two years, Kade travelled the world as a mercenary for hire, hunting down vampires for pay. Most of the funds that he earns, he sends back to Leah so she could continue taking care of his daughter. He has also left her his father’s business, hoping that when she grows up, she can lean on it if she chooses to lead a life of a human.

This is no normal revolver. Being shot by this revolver is to have an actual curse penetrate the body. Wounds caused by this revolver will not heal by any supernatural means. Additionally, the gun emits a light vibration when in the presence of vampires. 
★ Silver and wooden bullets. Kade usually caries several rounds of each in his belt.
