[indent][color=gray]Since freshman year, Bill has let her hair grow out from a short cut just above her jawline to shoulder-length hair, never seen not in a ponytail. Most of the time two strands will frame either side of her face, but it's not uncommon for her to tuck them behind her ears, especially when in deep concentration. Her wardrobe is that of any teenage girl who's been called a slur — distressed graphic shirts, flannel jackets and an alternating assortment of army print pants and straight-cut ripped jeans. No attempt is made to compensate for her height in the flat, off-white canvas shoes she wears every day (yes, they're Converse).[/color][/indent][/indent][/indent][indent][indent][sub][sub][color=eee8aa][h3][b]Characterization[/b][/h3][/color][/sub][/sub]
[indent][color=gray]Bill is the type of person to mess around for a full lesson yet still deliver good results on her exams, much to the grievances of those around her. 'Charismatic asshole' would be a good way to sum her character up — she's not necessarily dislikeable, and she's self-aware of her own juvenility. Whether she chooses to care is another matter.

In conversation, she disregards the idea of other people's sensitivity, throwing out odd jabs here and there but more than welcoming reciprocating jabs. Sympathy is well within Bill's possession, but it's going to be a hell of a while before she deems it worthy to use on you. This is what will make or break Bill for most people. If you manage to stick around long enough, however, the well-hidden softness will come peeking out.

Academically (which can also translate into, y'know, [i]apocalypse[/i]-wise), her adaptability and cleverness shine. Even when it comes to problems she herself has created, it can't be denied that her ability to problem solve and think creatively is an asset, even if her braggadocious side will rear its head should you mention it. Her communication is effective, too, despite her expectations for an unfeeling, thick-skinned world. However, she is prone to taking on a bigger load than she can handle, burning out of energy before she can complete everything she's signed up for. This is in part due to her easily bored and capricious nature, too many ideas popping up in her head.

Unfortunately, Bill can get as bored with people as she can with tasks, living up to the two-faced nature of a Gemini. She doesn't necessarily 'drop' people as such, instead finding ease in turning her judgements on them.
