[@Sunbather] I'm not entirely on board with regional variants. The reason I allow megas is there's a personal factor to it, some people may identify a certain Pokemon as their favorite. 

We already have upwards 800 to choose from, adding megas doesn't really "increase" that number. Basically, we got plenty already.
