[color=7bcdc8]♦ Hotaru Hakurai, Magical Girl of Lightning[/color] 

It was a calm evening for Hotaru, ever since she found the artefact and became a magical girl she had taken the habit of doing nightly patrols around her neighbourhood. She was far from having the experience to not look suspicious, and didn't get yet that it was better to do such things in her magical girl form, but it was a start. Though a less excusable behaviour was having her headphones on while theoretically being on the look out for signs of strange events happening. 

No headphone would be able to muffle what she heard however, and it wasn't even anywhere within her neighbourhood! She immediately reacted, raising her arm and allowing the bells of her wristband to ring, this would trigger the transformation though she wouldn't wait patiently for it to be done, the girl already starting to run towards the direction of the loud roar as bolts of electricity shot from nearby power lines and appliances into her clothing, making it glow with an electric cyan light while it shifted.

It didn't take long before she went from the streets to the rooftops of the urban area, jumping from building to building with great speed and grace, an aspect imbued into her from her magical powers, as she made her way across the city blocks, soon arriving at the clear source of the incident. 

[color=7bcdc8]"What... is that..."[/color] the girl said in a confused whisper, holding her scarf over mouth as she tried to be sneaky. She knew there was trouble, she knew she would fight, why else would she be a magical girl, but seeing the enemy in person was another thing entirely, even a girl as confident as Hotaru would find herself vacillating. 

Though it all would change once she noticed something, her eyes widening. [color=7bcdc8]"Its after a person?"[/color] she questioned, as there was more than one type of shriek in the area, and one was clearly born from fear. This made her mind, she wouldn't wait in the shadows any longer, instead her suit glowing bright as she jumped down and ran into the area, aiming for one of the many broken windows, wanting to make her way into the store and rescue the civilian before anything truly terrible happened to them.
