Carries a rapier on him at often as he carries pokemon on him, supposedly to be used as a conductor's baton. There are rumors, however, that he physically assaults the pokemon of his challengers. Always has a Chatot perched on his shoulder.

[b]Biography[/b]: The gym leader of a far-off region. His gym is a theater stage, on which he and his pokemon regularly perform. He's trained all of his pokemon to be talented musicians.

As an Audino, her hearing is unparalleled, and Neo, as well as the rest of his pokemon, forever strive to meet her impossible expectations. A true "boss" character.
