At Cole's description Alex couldn't help but smile. "So everything she insulted about me was all superficial? And I'm sure any of the personal attacks were less than true." Alex shook her head and sipped at her water. "Well I'm glad we won't have to deal with her after today. I don't wanna have to kick her head off." The waitress came by again, this time taking their orders. Alex chose a chicken dish with rice. After everything that happened today she really didn't want to eat too heavily. She looked Cole up and down. It was still hard to believe that he felt the same way too, even though she saw all of the signs. Alex had given up hope long ago that Cole felt the same way and that he was just naturally flirty. But sitting at the table his attraction was as clear as day. The way he looked at her and smiled or the way he was constantly making contact with her, whether it be by hugging or holding hands. Everything felt like a dream. Alex hoped when she went to bed tonight and woke up the next morning she would still be with Cole.
