If you got this letter, you've fucked up. 

There's a few things you have in common with the other residents--namely that you managed to either be rich enough or connected enough not to get thrown in jail, but not so much that you were able to get away with things scot-free. So whether by coercion, bribery, getting cut off, or even 'your own free will' (we doubt that), you've found yourself outside of the Rosenthal Center of Rehabilitation. Luckily, you're not the only one as it looks like there is an entire orientation dedicated to welcoming the new round of patients. Lucky you!
