Just gives you even more languages.

On the wiki under languages (and in the rulebook, on page 22), it states that for "each point of intelligence bonus, a character can speak, read, and write one additional language of your choice."

Edit: I looked this up when I was making my character because I wanted to make sure Ralto could speak Droid since he worked fixing them for so long.
