Hmmmm....strong advice because I need to stop playing the refresh game. It is the worst. I know it is the worse. Why do I keep doing it!? 

But for real, I’m cooking dinner...planning to watch a movie and might be baking muffins but I’m here refreshing. I might have problems XD
