[@Yankee] Okay, great! [@KoL] Great questions! I'll just address each of them individually. Eastern heroes and anti-heroes are both allowed. For King Arthur, I'm fine with allowing either Artoria or Arthur, but not both, so that would depend on which one someone wants to apply (someone using Arthur would lock another player from using Artoria later, and vice versa). For Musashi, the case there is something I'd rather avoid since girl Musashi really shouldn't be summonable and has some indeterminate stuff I don't want to touch, and guy Musashi's in a weird spot as well due to being largely incomplete. If someone really, really wants to play them, I'm open to at least talking about it, but like with Foreigners, I am pretty iffy and would really prefer you look elsewhere. I have no issues with powerful Servants usually, since I think they're kind of self-balancing. If someone applies Heracles, for instance, unless you're confident you can beat him one-on-one (unlikely), you'd probably respond by trying to make a coalition of everyone else to focus on getting him out of the way first, so the rest of you can fight one another without that worry. With that said, I do think there's an upper limit of Servants that I'd rather not touch because they give such a huge advantage even with the factor of coalitions. Gilgamesh is the most egregious example, but Ozymandias and a non-Berserker Heracles would also be on the list.
