[@SSW] I'd be fine with allowing him, but we'd have to have some caveats since the in-game sheet is a little incomplete. Majestic Triumphal Return would be a nonfactor since we don't know what it does, for instance, and we'd add in Evaporation of Sanity since I can't imagine his full sheet in the materials not having that when it comes out. We'd also need to talk about his unused Noble Phantasm to decide how to make it work since we don't have the clearest idea.
