Ideally, it would be your option.  The goal would be to allow for several playable styles such as Witcher, Spellcaster, Humans of various professions (bounty hunter, outlaw, etc), Dwarves of various professions, etc.  I like to keep things very customizable when it comes to players and their ability to create their characters.
