BRIEF Bio: A washed up minor league baseball player… A cop who just got promoted to detective…  A college kid who saw his sister get abducted… A homeless war veteran down on his luck… A mailroom worker at the Mountaineer Newspaper… Blueface could be anyone. 
Potential Storylines: 

Who is Blueface? – This will be an ongoing subplot as I’m not going to give him a secret identity from the start. I’m gonna pull a Shadow Hawk and rotate a few supporting cast members around the city to explore the setting and a few posts in I’ll decide which one will be under the mask. I’ll use this as a means to introduce some sandbox characters for the group to have access to such as minor superhuman criminals, organizations, etc. Villains will include Asylum, Ax Man, Heartbreaker, the Valentine Gang, and I’ll go into the J. Jonah Jameson type running the Mountaineer Newspaper. 

Blueface Team-Up – Another more street level hero will cross paths with ‘Face and after a brief misunderstanding the two will go after a larger threat, the serial killer called the Ax Man. However there’s something odd about this one… and he and Blueface may have a history. Their powers and skills are nearly identical. 

Notes: Equal parts Rorschach and Shadow Hawk. May be convinced to join a larger group of heroes later on. Now that I think about it he’s sorta like Will Eisner’s the Spirit…
