I've been rolling around in my head an Idea About a group of Meta Humans set in lets say DC / Marvel Universe loosely

As you can see I am not really worried about which because these people would be not the average types and if say Clark/Tony where ever asked "Have you ever heard of the Doom Rabbit?" the expression they'd have would be that Huh? look

Now I know right now the kill all humans that are bad guys types are salivating already forget it. Hero's may be vigilante but they are heroes and do the right thing or are hunted down by the Big Headliner types (Superman / Ironman) and their teams then pummeled into a thick paste which is poured into a jar and shipped off never to be heard of again. 

That said I don't mind the Hero who might be impervious to damage able to lift a small car over their head strolling up to the local Gang's clubhouse walking in and handing them an eviction notice...Maybe taking their stuff and money then walking back out and destroying the drugs covertly surrendering the weapons an donating all but say 10% of the cash to local charities; call the later a finder's fee.

"But why do I have to give away all that lovely money?" Well that's why the cops don't hassle you much. You see like most people the cops like to do as little as possible in Bing City. Oh and toss in the occasional Change the tire for the little old ladies an you're golden.

Bing City? Oh that's the never heard of it big city you live in, are stuck in or under the curse to never leave because you called a strange Gypsy woman's mamma Fat. Bing City named after the almost great explorer and traveling juggler Thaddeus Geronimo Marykin Bing. He was lost, his wagon got stuck and his wife was tired of trying to get to some gold rush they only ever heard of so at the fork of the Little River and Muddy Snake River he built the town of Bing.
