Also an overly-eccentric chuuni at 19, who calls herself a “chosen hero” and goes on about things like a “hero’s journey” and “defeating monsters” and “becoming the greatest mage” and the ilk. However, is surprisingly dedicated to what she puts her mind to, and shows an above-average work ethic and that surprised even her professors at the Clock Tower. In fact her very will itself is itself a great force of nature, and her determination combined with a lack of hesitation to push past social norms on average has led to a scattering of “incidents” and “hijinks” throughout her life. She seems to adore her immediate family, and though other relatives in the family have been left exasperated by Zoe...much to her joy her parents (and especially twin) seem to reciprocate her affections. Biography: A child born into a very long-lived family of Greek magi, the Alexandris, and as the second in a pair of fraternal twins born to the wife of the family head. Despite being twins, however, it was clear early on that Zoe's brother was the most well-suited in disposition and magic circuits to be the heir. Indeed, despite even Zoe’s prodigious talents in her family’s magecraft, to the point of being a child prodigy, her and her brother's fates were sealed from the moment of their birth. While Zoe's twin brother was being trained to one day take charge of the family and inherit their crest, Zoe was trained as a magus to prepare her to be married off to some Lord or Lord's heir at the Clock Tower. This was itself something to further the Alexandris' political standing by basically providing the wife of a future family head. Yet regardless of this, the two seemed to get along very well despite their differences and ultimately different roles. Admittedly the idea of finding Zoe a husband became something of a challenge at first to her parents, what with her very eccentric behavior and mannerisms, but eventually a most prime candidate was found and introduced to her. Said candidate seemed to find her attractive, to say the very least, and seemed to like her personality and eccentricity as well. Zoe in turn seemed to think well of him in return, though observers of their first meeting could only ever call the duo "a meeting of strangely synergistic and eccentric personalities". It was an oddly positive outcome, and ultimately a very strange and abnormal one, for two magi who were set to marry for political reasons in the future. Zoe was essentially being sent to the Clock Tower to be married off for political reasons, yet ultimately ended up taking classes to improve her skills in magecraft and better round-out her abilities to support her future husband. A strange decision, but ultimately one that was deemed to be "proper" by her future husband and his family to "help make her more useful" in the future. Here she was admittedly initially laughed at by some of her peers, being an oddity among students, though some others oddly took to her strange mannerisms and persona and invited her to parties and such events. Her professors initially thought little of her as well, being sent primarily to be married off, but were astonished to see her surpass their expectations by a country mile. Yet when news eventually leaked in about a “strange ritual in a backwater town called Fuyuki”, though the source of this leak to Zoe or the students in her class remained unknown, Zoe without hesitation bolted off to go participate after sending a quick letter to her family and husband about doing so. Her parents were initially mortified to get the news, albeit less than surprised in the end, and Zoe's future husband ultimately approached her family about the issue. Yet when the Alexandris' heir, and Zoe's twin, had a private conversation with with him...the man was noted as eventually leaving the meeting laughing jovially. After all...a proper heroine can’t just sit still all the time, especially when the smell of a grand adventure is afoot! --- Magic Circuit Switch: Recalling feelings of sexual arousal Number of Magic Circuits: A Quality of Magic Circuits: C --- Elemental Affinity: Water Magecraft: -General Magecraft: (basic things that students at Clock Tower would know) -Serpent Magecraft: Magecraft centered around serpents and their symbolism and relations, and a style of magecraft whose foundation is rooted in ancient Greek Mythology with some influence from ancient Greek magecraft practices. She is very proficient in this magecraft.
Utilizing the duality of the snake’s associations with healing and harm (as well as blessings and curses), the user can cast normal healing magecraft of a distinctly high potency...or even the opposite: Healing magecraft that behaves like unto a curse, accepted by the body but that spreads through targets whilst harming them like a potent poison. This could even be tied back into the nature of the blood of the Hydra, with these “harmful healing spells” transforming the blood of targets into a toxin....or even transforming the blood of snakes into a similar composition to the toxic blood of the Lernean Hydra (albeit far from being as potent). The blood of serpents can also be transformed into an imitation of the blood of a Gorgon, either acting as an extremely potent toxin or a miraculous healing potion in application. The creation of special serpent familiars is also possible, augmenting in traits from legend or serpent symbolism into the mix. Likewise, the connection of serpents to the “father of monsters” Typhon allows for the creation of “monstrous” familiars with serpents as a base. They don’t reach the rank of true phantasmal beasts at all, but are made into creatures that “are similar to them and bear the potential to grow into being Phantasmal Beasts over time”.
-Water Magecraft: A form of elemental magecraft, highly tuned to the water element. She has an average, albeit reliable, level of skill in this area. Magic Crest: (Does not possess) Equipment: -Ouroboros Choker: A golden snake choker imbibed and infused with serpent magecraft. It is a health-supporting mystic code that “anchors her current state of proper and full health” to a certain extent, being useful against poisons and diseases as it purges them from her system passively and strengthens existing bodily healing functions. It also helps in at least resisting ill effects such as curses that affect the body or mental effects that try to skew or alter the mind. -Mini-Caduceus: A small caduceus based on that of Hermes, with two metal snakes intertwined around its shaft and two main functions. When touching others with it, with the specific will to use it on them, this caduceus casts a spell that rapidly puts the target to sleep on the spot. It also grants a minor form of protection to Zoe herself as a “traveler” mulling about a strange land. -Serpent Earrings: A pair of coiled-serpent-shaped earrings she wears, which act as catalysts for casting magecraft. -Cash: A ludicrous amount of cash to stay in expensive places, eat great food and likely cover other possibly needed expenses. Equates to casual pocket cash for Lords of the Clock Tower, basically, but to a normal individual is basically winning the lottery severalfold. Was given to her by her fiance to use for the brief period of the Holy Grail War. Also attached was a private letter from him to her, which caused her to blush, then laugh, and finally stick the letter somewhere where no one would dare find it. -Family Letter: Letter sent to her by her parents, telling her to be careful and not get herself killed. Includes a note jotted in it from her twin, the family heir himself, which is actually a legitimate Greek blessing he gave her by invoking the gods to grant her great fortune in her survival. -Suitcase(s): A pair of rolling suitcases. One is stuffed with clothing, toothbrush/toothpaste, and all other basic living essentials fitting and needed to sustain her through the duration of the Holy Grail War. The other is filled to the brim with serpent materials and otherwise for magecraft, including many vials of serpent blood, pre-made poisons, and other necessary component and the ilk. Exceptional Benefit: Second Owner (given access to parents’/family’s land to summon, but if she doesn’t get a Greek servant to summon i will switch this to Support Magi)
