Nation Name: Entmoian Tribe Represented Color: Amber (#ffbf00) Race: Elves Breed: Barrow Capital: Entmo Ruler: Kvune Wopwe Type of Government: Monarchy. Until recently it was a tribal confederation of five great families, however, power has been recently usurped by the Kvune Wopwe, declaring himself Nupu of the land. Focusing on centralization, temples have usurped nobles in controlling serfs, all goods must go straight to the temples before being redistributed, forming a sort of palace economy. Religion: They worship the fallen goddess of the moon, Ke Eshta, who they believe has descended from the realm of heavens to the realm of earth, the first god to do so, becoming the goddess of mist and smoke. Worship of other gods is accepted, but the supremacy of the goddess cannot be questioned. Priests often form masses in the morning among the swamp's fog, though the use of fumes and incense has become commonplace. Geographical Location: Entmo is located deep in a misty swamp region, in one of its areas most susceptible to floods no less. The city's first building was raised over a small land area called The Wheel (in their language, Entmo) and has since expanded, all houses tend to follow the circular shape of the first outpost. Most of these tribes lived in the mountains, underground, but some found that the isolated swamps to the east were quite pleasant, especially thanks to the constant mist of the region. Slowly elves started to build forts in the region, stone circles in dry regions to serve as hunting camps or storehouses for merchants before they made the trip back to the mountains to the west. Some started to settle, and a protoculture was formed there, and a faith centred around a goddess of mist started to rise, later finding syncretism with the new belief of the moon goddess coming to earth to be closer to mortals, as many who believed such thing were exiled from the mountain communities in the chaos following the disappearance of the moon. Entmo rose quickly as a local centre of power, formed by five clans who owned fortresses in the area, some old some made of recent immigrants, the village prospered and grew. However, the semi-feudal style of controlling the land with the forts, the safest areas in the swamps, started to grow weak as Entmo grew in size and sophistication, requiring less protection from the wilds and the floods. A popular rebellion was on the horizon but was exploited by Kvune Wopwe, coming from the oldest clan of the five, who allied himself with the priests of the goddess to bring down the old clan nobility and form a government of justice and righteousness, which apparently meant heavy centralization of power.
