I was just getting around to it. The character sheet is basic, although you are free to use a more detailed format if you like. Here's the minimum you should include:

Name: 
Age: (remember that goblins age differently than humans)
Sex:
Appearance: (you can use word, a picture or both)
Abilities:
Clothing/Equipment: (at least, what he or she starts with)
