[*] Natural Body: Given his animalistic body he has the traits to go with them. Heightened strength, endurance, speed, and reflexes. Some are better than the others, namely his strength and endurance are very far up there. Nearly tripling peak human performances. Speed and reflexes are just a little over doubled.
[*] Bestial Instincts: Like spider-mans spider sense, his instincts give him hints something is up and it's normally not good for his health. Essentially an early warning system that is vague about WHAT is coming, just that something IS coming.
[*] Acid Spray: As the name suggests he can spray an insanely potent acid from his mouth. He naturally generates it over time, it's not an infinit supply. The acid is actually so strong it can't be contained by anything but himself that he's aware of. Even glass turns into a steaming toxic slop.
[*] Super Adrenaline: He has a LOT of adrenal glands within his body. Way more than the average human. Obviously this gives him a major physical boost when they all start pumping.

[b]Weaknesses:[/b]
Due to his reptilian nature he utterly HATES the cold. It won't kill him, or send him into hibernation, but it makes him sluggish and weakened. He wouldn't mind a nap at that point.

Less of a weakness, more of a personality quirk, he doesn't handle insults well. He gets angry and starts swinging without thinking it through. So...social weakness?

[b]Personality:[/b] Instigator, Efficient, Relaxed, Lech, Irritable.

[b]Appearance:[/b]
Kaze is a behemoth of a being. A whopping eleven feet tall and built like a house. Black scales, with some silvered by scars, cover his muscular body and act like armor. Thicker, royal purple, plating comes from his jaw, down his neck and torso, all the way to the tip of his enormous tail. His claws and horns are all a pure white, speaking of he has two main horns that curve back along his skull. Roughly two feet long. With three more smaller horns on each side going from the main ones down to his jaw, a protective shield to his ears. The last major feature is the titanic wings he has. The limbs, when stretched out, have a thirty foot span, and have a royal purple membrane. Five claws on the 'elbow' joint act as secondary 'hands'. The edges of the membrane however are tattered, obvious targets since it looks to be the only unarmored portion of him.

[b]BRIEF Bio:[/b]
There's not much to say about Kazemitsu's past. He made his butchered name from what japanese he saw, and began to explore and learn. Of course people who saw him in the wilderness thought he was some spawn of Godzilla. But the draconic being has no idea where he came from, what spawned him, or whatever created him. But from his observations he learned that humans are weak, and the strong pushed around the weak. He had no inner sense of justice, but that was just something that irked the hell out of him.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, it depended on your mindset, gangs and villains were starting to show up dead. As if they were mauled by some gigantic beast. Real villains, not just crooks with money, actual super powers, were found to be partially melted but some noxious green sludge. It was later found, because someone finally saw him doing it, that Kaze was destroying the criminals himself. And boy was it being destroyed, the districts he tore through had crime rates plummet. No one wanted to earn his ire. Although it was questioned if he were a hero, or if he just thought villains tasted better. Some even asked what heroes would do about the murdering dragon monster.

[b]Potential Storylines:[/b] He's very on the fence about how to do things in the world. Killing villains makes things simpler, but murder is bad to heroes. Maybe one side will be able to sway him in their favor and he might just learn to stop holding back so much.
