I figured it would take several days if not more than a few weeks for everyone to arrive, I posted Major Watkins and his Marine Company (199 O/H v. 209 Authorized) as showing up on August 1, 2387 (SD: 64581). That additional character, I may play would arrive on 28 July 2387 (SD: 64570), one day after the Captain shows up.
