I have a concept of a dairy man who parades as a woman in order to have people believe in the fortune he predicts.  He sometimes wears the guise of a dairy prince when he needs to.

Hes a charlatan and a swindler.  He wants to find some shy weak princess, court her, and live the high life as a prince.  He doesn't take into account he might fall in love with someone.
